Sugar
Oil
Panifarin 1 tbsp. l.
Extra M 1 tbsp. l.
Ground coriander 1 tbsp. l.
Kvass wort (as malt) 1 tbsp. l.
Finely cut apple 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • As soon as the dough came up, I put it in a bucket and added all of the above (as well as salt, sugar, butter). Gave a preliminary kneading 5 minutes to see which bun. There was little liquid. Added 1 more Art. l.

The bread is excellent. Fragrant, rose well. The pores are good. Maybe someone wants to try. I highly recommend it.
I would be glad to show the result, but I have a phone in my cell phone and it turns out very badly, so I don't give any photos. But you can take my word for it - the bread is amazing. I was afraid that a lot of rye flour would not let him rise. Nothing of the sort - still so tall - level with the bucket, and how crispy the crust.
