Crazy Cake in a slow cooker

Ingredients

flour 2 glasses
cocoa 6 tbsp. l
sugar 1.5 cups
milk 2 glasses
baking powder 4 tsp
Cream:
milk 2 glasses
Sahara 1 glass
eggs 2 pcs
flour 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • To make a biscuit you need:
  • Mix dry ingredients and add milk (warm)
  • Mix everything well. The only dough does not need to be whipped, just stir with a whisk. Pour everything into a multicooker, bake on the baking program for 1 hour (in two cycles)
  • Cool the finished biscuit and smear with cream.
  • For the cream:
  • Boil the milk.
  • In a separate ymisk, beat eggs with sugar and flour, gently pour in hot milk, stir, put on fire and bring to a boil with constant stirring.

Chocolate muffins
To make chocolate cupcakes a la crazy cake, we need:
3 cups flour;
2 glasses of water at room temperature;
1.5-2 cups of sugar;
6 tbsp. l. cocoa;
3-4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
1.5-2 Art. l. vinegar;
2 tsp soda;
1 tsp salt;
1-2 tsp vanilla sugar.
We mix all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, salt and vanilla sugar. Sift 2 times through a sieve.
Then pour vinegar, then oil, stirring everything every time with a fork! Do not whisk!
Pour water and mix everything with a fork or spoon. Not for long. Do not whisk!
We spread the dough for chocolate muffins in tins and bake for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
From the resulting mass, I got 24 cupcakes.

Cupcake without eggs
To make a cake without eggs, we need:
1-1.5 cups flour;
1 glass of semolina;
1 glass of kefir;
1 cup of sugar;
125 g sunflower or butter;
1h l. soda, slaked with vinegar.
Soak semolina in kefir for 30 minutes.
When the semolina swells, add sugar, flour, sunflower or butter, soda slaked with vinegar. You can add vanillin, nuts to taste.
Mix everything and pour it into molds or bake with one large cupcake.
We bake muffins for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
Our egg-free cupcakes are ready!

I found a way out - I serve a chocolate slice of pie with a scoop of ice cream.
