Cooking method

  • Cream:
  • Beat the cream of butter and condensed milk. At the end, literally add lemon juice drop by drop. Dissolve 50 g of sugar in a frying pan, put the nuts, stir and transfer the nuts to a plate. They stuck together, I "artistically" separated them. Lay the sheets: a sheet with cream, a sheet with meringues. Above, I got a meringue leaf. To prevent the nuts from scattering, I gently smeared the top layer of meringue with cream. But before putting the nuts on the cake, you need to thinly grease the sides with cream and sprinkle with crumbs. To do this, grind the additional sheet into crumbs.
  • The cake should be infused for 10 hours.

I had few walnuts, I added almonds. And according to the recipe you need to do it from 8 sheets. But even if I had so many sheets, I would not do this. I already got a huge cake 30x17, 7cm high.
