Vegetable soup in a multicooker Panasonic SRTMH 18

Ingredients

Frozen Vegetable Mix:
Cauliflower, broccoli, green peas, asparagus beans, carrots
Onion
A tomato
Zucchini

Cooking method

  • Put vegetables in a slow cooker, I had a mixture of vegetables: cauliflower, broccoli, green peas, asparagus beans, carrots - these are frozen, I added a zucchini cut into cubes (I have had a summer cottage option since summer), finely chopped a turnip onion, a tomato and some white cabbage. Salted, threw one mushroom cube. Everything was flooded with water. Milk Porridge program. It boiled, poured a little dried dill and turned on "Steam cooking" for 2 minutes, but 1 minute was enough, the soup boiled. Since I didn’t open the lid on milk porridge, so I wasn’t sure that it had boiled and therefore turned on the steam cooking, and the dill was right there.
  • The soup is delicious, the broth is transparent, you can put any vegetables, and most importantly, everything is multi-cooked without constantly jumping around the saucepan. I pawned everything and got a healthy soup. I think that many did this, but I did not find the recipe here and decided to post my own.

: Well, I also cooked this today. And I wondered what program it would be best to put frozen vegetables on. I love them in a state of light crunching, on the verge of undercooking ... Therefore, I started from the end - I put them on Steam for 2 minutes to bring them to a boil quickly, and then stew for 12 minutes, I don’t remember exactly, because I put them on for longer, but looked in and decided it was time to turn it off.
Andreevna, and on Milk porridge not too long for vegetables? Are they not very soft?
: red: I have to eat such soups for a few more weeks, so I want to find the most suitable option

Zest, after all, I poured water from the tap while it warmed up ... In the soup, I didn't like only broccoli, very soft. She was white-headed and strong, crunched, but for some reason I never have frozen vegetables like that, softish, but moderately, not porridge. After all, you can turn it off earlier, and then for a couple. But what is bad about your version, I think that it also has a place to be.

So I, too, immediately poured water over the vegetables and put them on the Steam Cooker. Now I think that I should first let the water boil, and then lower the frozen vegetables so that they do not stew for a long time ... Although the broccoli was not overcooked ...
I forgot to say - I only made from frozen ones. When I do it for a couple, I also first bring the water to a boil, and then I insert a tab with vegetables so that they immediately fall on the hot steam, and not warm with water.
:) Well, I still have plenty of time to try.

Yanochka, thank you, it's also delicious, but yesterday I put a piece of boiled chicken there for my homemade ones, for them it's not food without meat, but pampering. I thought they would cut through that the broth was not meat, but they did not notice.
A very beautiful broth in a soup, transparent like that when it was cooked on the stove it didn't work out for some reason. In the summer, at the dacha, but with fresh vegetables and on the principle of loading-got ready, well, what you need. By the way, you don't have to put the program on steam - I insured myself, because I did not see the boil.

And I cooked vegetable soup in the "stewing" mode - 1 hour. Also partially from frozen vegetables. It turned out yummy. Before eating - put a piece of butter in a plate. No one kicked that it was not chicken broth, with fresh bread - went with a bang.

Mams, I cook all the first courses on the stew, but it turned out to be quite possible on milk porridge, thanks to the saucepan, she is smart.
