Borodino bread does not work, the recipe was attached to the bread maker:

Rye malt (dry kvass) - 4 tbsp. l., soaked in 80 ml. boiling water for 5 minutes (then add to 300 ml of water)
Water - 300 ml
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Honey - 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Ground coriander seeds - 1.5 tsp
Rye flour - 450 gr
Wheat flour - 100 gr
Dry yeast - 2 tsp

I changed flour, the amount of water, honey, both natural and artificial, I tried it, and different amounts of yeast, I even poured dry kvass without soaking it, and added flour during kneading ... According to the original recipe, "porridge" simply does not mix. In other cases, either a flat cake or wet ...

What is wrong and how to fix it ?!

They baked wheat (size L), milk (M), low-yeast (L). All the bread made me happy, it turned out to be successful. Dry yeast SAF-moment was used. After cooking 3 loaves, a bag of yeast 11 gr. is not over yet.
The question is as follows. My husband bought a mixture for baking Borodino bread S. Pudov in a store in a soft brown paper pack, not in blue cardboard, as in the pictures on the Internet.
The recipe says - add 6g. dry yeast - that's more than half a pack! This moment also confuses me. Can you please tell me if there is too much of this amount of yeast? I'm afraid I will spoil the mixture and get a negative result.

It is necessary to talk not about the amount of yeast in a pack, but the required amount of yeast for the required amount of flour (wheat or rye), and this amount is measured in grams or in teaspoons.

2, 500 grams of flour requires about 1.5-2 teaspoons of dry yeast - and this will be about 6-7 grams.

I took exactly the same mixture in Auchan and exactly 6 grams.yeast, on the main program (3 hours, HP Supra230), came out excellent.

Borodino bread does not work :-(

It turned out a little more magnificent with pakmaya yeast, and for the last year I mostly take "home cooking" in a tape of 6 rubles, in my experience they are one-on-one with saf, but half the price.
Water as indicated ~ 280 ml.
The main program, as they write, because my HP does not have a program for rye bread.
After the end of the program, I take it out of the HP in about 30-40 minutes, cool it and get excellent bread.
10 times already bought this particular mixture, and I like it much better than the store Borodinsky.

Prescription mortgage, yeast took 2 hours. spoons. The only gag - I opened the bread maker to see what kind of bun turned out and added some caraway seeds. She baked rye bread according to the "Russian Chef" program, time 3.30, which is similar to the "Basic bread" mode, the bread was ugly, the crust failed ..
