Thank you

I don't have my own oven yet, but I can put in a good word for the Elenberg trademark ...

Elenberg is, as I found on the internet, the Eldorado torus brand

They themselves invented this brand, if you observe, then nowhere else Elenbergs are on sale (for sure). As I understand it - electronics development and assembly - China

If we take the same Panasonic and other equipment from well-known companies (Siemens, Bosch, etc.) assembled in China, then it will be more reliable, since the development is carried out in the same Japan, the same Germany, etc.
Europeans reduce the cost of production and transfer production facilities to developing countries, since labor is much cheaper.

So this is what I mean - developed in Japan and assembled in China will be much more reliable and better than fully developed and assembled in the same China!

Conclusion: definitely not worth taking! There is no quality and they are far from famous brands!

It's a shame when a good and inexpensive machine is offended - I have had it for a year and a half, it bakes constantly and deliciously. When they took it, my husband rested - he didn't want to take the dear one, it is not known whether she would work a lot or I would play enough and leave. And it's not expensive and okay.

But no one gave up the bread, moreover, they forgot the way to the store and, to be honest, I don't even know how much bread is now

So if there is a question of saving money, it is quite a worthy option. Moreover, if something happens to her, she doesn't mind the money, she will definitely work out her own

By the way, looking at me, a few more friends took this very inexpensive option - everyone is happy, no one swears.

(y) What a smart girl you are, you need to love and protect your stove! Moreover, it serves you faithfully for a long time. This is not an indicator that a purchased super-expensive stove will not break down immediately; almost everything is assembled in China, whoever is lucky!

Lost the recipe book for Elenberg BM-3100, whoever has it, do not consider it a thud, scan it and put it here!

If you only need recipes, then choose any directly from the forum. The recipes for all HP are universal.
Rexton777777
Yes, but the parameters (rotation speed, heating temperature, etc.) are probably different? Or I'm wrong?
Pogremushka
If I understand correctly, you have automatic HP. This means that you only need to set the program (as a rule, their set is similar for all ovens) and the crust color (to your taste, well, depending on the composition of a particular bread). The stove determines the rest itself. In general, read a specific recipe, and the question of which program to use for a given bread can always be discussed with the author.

Well, what about the number of ingredients? Does everyone have the same baths?

Will this one fit? 🔗

oops ... looked, and they ask for 100 rubles for it ...

Thank you for participating, but I'm still looking for RECIPES. And not an INSTRUCTION, I have it. Urazny stoves-different modes.

Bad, evil people! Well give the man the recipes exactly to his stove.
Maybe he writes with difficulty, but he reads very badly, only familiar letters and sees ...

Listen dear, I did not understand your sarcasm. If you don’t have what I’m looking for, then neher here and flood.
Pakat
I do not understand, carefully read the posts on this topic!
You have already been answered, but you still don’t understand ...
Rexton777777
I read everything they wrote to me, thank you all for that. But I need recipes for my oven and that's it.

It turns out that he can read and write, but he understands that all stoves are the same,
in principle, not yet ...

What is the problem? Calculate the amount of ingredients for the desired loaf weight. For example, you need a loaf for 400 grams of flour, and the recipe is given at 600.400 / 600 = 0.666. The resulting number is the coefficient by which you need to multiply the amount of all other components of the recipe.

You know, I would also be offended if I lost my instructions from the stove. And it is quite normal that a person wants to have a "native book" on hand ...

Despite the fact that I love and respect our site very much, I regularly look into my booklet !!!

So if anyone has the opportunity, let's better help. The person has already read the links, his question is quite specific.

My opinion is 2 options for action:
1. Download from the Internet;
2. Contact the store to print from their book.
Or look for the owners of this stove in your city.

And my bread maker is already two and a half years old. I bought it for 1500 rubles. Very happy with my purchase! And the mother-in-law gave the same. Kneading the dough, baking perfectly. Has all the basic programs, but I don't need anything else. And the price is great too.

Doesn't it look like anything?
I also have the same bread maker, but under the name Alaska. One of the cheapest models, apparently produced under many brands, respectively, huge circulations, there are no problems with spare parts and is quite reliable. And in general, it's not about the bread maker, but the baker ... It all reminds me of long discussions about which digital SLR camera is better. I can say that 90 percent of these people do not know how to shoot, and do not really want to study. But when I already feel a real need for a new technique for professional purposes, then yes. But this is a slightly different level ... Take an old film "FED" and shoot .... Then compare the quality with a camera for 3000 dollars. You will be VERY greatly surprised ... So here.

Don't berate cheap stoves. But those who buy them should understand that these are not the newest, not the most interesting, not the most stoves. Perhaps in order to try it, it is worth buying an inexpensive one. And only then, over time, a good modern model.
Still, it is worth at least looking towards inexpensive but well-known brands. LG, Moulinex, Kenwood. Well, at least kill me, I do not like all these "brands" from Eldorada and others ... What kind of plant was there, from what they collect, what materials are used. The fact that these are outdated models of other companies is already clear. But why did these firms refuse to manufacture them? Maybe some imperfections, maybe other materials ... well, etc. ...
It's funny about the service. How many times have already specifically talked about the service Eldorado - they try as best they can so as not to accept for repairs ... The sellers of their stores talk about this ... Spare parts for these stoves are also on fire in the afternoon. Today they are called Elenberg, tomorrow - Troni, the day after tomorrow - something else. You won't find the ends ... Another question is that if the furnace breaks down in 1500, then it is easier to throw it away than in 5 ...
kinski
I also have a cheap stove ... but I'm happy with it ... often people buy expensive things, and then they don't use them ... there are often advertisements for the sale of stoves ... so why buy an expensive one right away ... I, for example, bake on I already know what my next stove will be like and I know that I won't give up the stove)) So maybe it's worth first buying a simple and cheap one ... it won't be so sorry for the money wasted ..

Any model of a leading company two or three years ago automatically becomes obsolete.

I have been using the Elenberg bread maker for over 4 years now, and when I bought it there were no recipes for it. I was given photocopies of recipes from some other brand that did not fit Russia at all. I took the recipes from my neighbor from Hitachi and used them, the difference is that in Elenberg you need to put food at room temperature, I have not seen a bucket larger than in Elenberg. I put at least 3.5 glasses of flour, sometimes it went up to 6 glasses (it all depends on gluten). THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!! TO ALL members and creators of such a wonderful site. I had to look for recipes for days in those days, but now YOU just have a skaaaaaazka.
