Cabbage cake with smoked brisket, feta cheese and herbs

Ingredients

Filling
Young cabbage 1 small head of cabbage
Smoked brisket 100 g
Brynza 100 g
Dill, parsley, green onions, cilantro On a small beam
Salt Taste
Dough
Egg 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Sour cream 3 tablespoons
Milk 0.5 stack
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1.5 h l
Flour

Cooking method

  • Chop the cabbage finely. I did it on Bosch MUM86 on a thin slicer. Add salt, lightly crush. Add chopped greens and green onions. Using a blender, grind the brisket and feta cheese to small pieces. Mix with cabbage and herbs. Prepare the dough: beat eggs with salt, add mayonnaise, sour cream and milk. Stir well. Add flour and baking powder. The dough should be slightly thicker than for the pancakes. Mix the dough with the cabbage mixture. Put in a dish, oiled and sprinkled with semolina. Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for about an hour. Bon Appetit!

Note

With a combine harvester, preparation is very fast. I baked in a silicone square pan.

Babushka - an interesting cupcake, favorite cabbage, I swallow saliva, but did you try to do it in portions?

Babushka, but have you tried it in a slow cooker? In summer, the oven somehow does not want to turn on. And how much flour did you put in? I really want to try it, it looks so appetizing, but with recipes like "by eye" I somehow not very much.

julifera, I have not tried it in a cupcake. I think, if done, then with paper inserts. This time my goal was to make a square, because by the time of cabbage, I had already baked buns and cheesecakes. I decided to be lazy ...

Alenka212, I was thinking about the multicooker. But the oven won because of the golden brown crust. I put about 1.5 cups of flour. But my eggs were big ... The dough was a little thicker than the pancakes. Good luck!
