Cooking method

  • Oh, how long I was away! My mistresses baked, fried, marinated ... But I was not idle! I just couldn't communicate with you ...
  • I want to offer you a roll recipe, but with a twist. So!
  • For biscuit
  • Heat milk with butter, almost to a boil.
  • Eggs + yolk + sahor, beat with a mixer (combine), until the mass increases almost three times. (It takes me about 10 minutes with a combine)
  • Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
  • Gently, in small portions, stirring from bottom to top, combine the flour mixture with the egg mixture.
  • Add a few spoons of dough to warm milk and stir.
  • Then add the mixture of warm milk to the main dough. Mix.
  • Pour the dough onto a baking sheet, smooth.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until 190-200 rad. 10-15 minutes
  • Roll with a secret
  • Wrap the finished roll in parchment, let cool.
  • Choux pastry
  • Heat the oil and water to a boil.
  • Add flour and knead for 1 min.
  • Cool slightly and add eggs, mixing one at a time.
  • Put on a baking sheet in a single strip.
  • Bake at 190 deg. until tender (until light brown)
  • Cream
  • Beat cottage cheese (grind) with cream. Add sugar, a little lemon juice and lemon zest (I don't write the proportion, since it's all to your taste)
  • Assembly
  • Fill the finished profiterole with cream. Let it freeze.
  • Unfold the sponge cake, grease with jam, put our profiterole. Collapse. Decorate as desired. Wrap in plastic (to give a more beautiful shape).
  • Roll with a secret
  • Place in refrigerator for final hardening.

Husky
Natasha, what an interesting idea with a choux pastry inside a roll. It will have to be realized !!
But I can't, since the amount of flour and baking powder is not indicated in the biscuit. Correct, please!

This internet will finish me off! I corrected everything, corrected it, and "25 again"! As if fixed. Luda, thanks for the tip.

How interesting, delicious, I guess!

Irish, the biscuit was really good. I didn't even expect that milk and butter would give the biscuit such airiness. ... And also + custard!
Twist
Natasha, what an original roll! And the biscuit, you're right, this recipe is delicious. But I didn't make rolls out of it. used only for cakes. Now I will certainly try and roll.

Marishenka, thanks! I baked it twice, both wrapped up well. True, the one that was thicker gave a small crack (or maybe he smiled?), But it's all fixable.
