Dear, can anyone own this unit DAEWOO DI-9154), please tell us about it.
Bribes me with the price and the presence of two buckets. 🔗
And I can’t find a full description. Is it worth buying? Is it possible to bake "Borodino" bread in it, for example. ?
Thank you.

I found the answers myself on the internet:
🔗

Thanks to all.
This weekend I will buy this miracle of engineering
soneks
I report: I bought the stove. Yes, from the photo I would not say that it is so big.
It's nice that there are as many as two included! baking dishes: single loaf of bread from 1200 g to 1400 gr. and double (with two compartments) up to 1000 gr.
There is a backlight, the control is simple, it is possible to create your own baking program. The beauty. So far I have just cleaned the teng from the factory grease, now I will look for recipes for baking for a weight of 500 g :-)
soneks
Could anyone tell me what is included in each cycle of each of the 11 programs (in time), set by the manufacturer? It was not possible to find this in the instructions.
By the way, here's the bread from it, it seems even nothing turns out (I love it with a dark crust, that's why I chose this mode): I cut it while it was hot, so the bread crumbled

Oh hi!!!
And while I'm baking an ordinary white one: I don't have time to do something more serious. And white has to be programmed at night in order to have time to cook
Can't you show the photo of the mold? Or where you bought the address, or the name?
Where to get cupcake molds?

PS: And, if you will, I will show small errors in the text ...
It says "9 buttons", but there are actually 8 buttons ....

liberiam
right here 🔗 you can look at the mold.
It is not very large - the volume is about 1 liter, but it will be enough for a small loaf to show off. I bought it in Voronezh in Albino. There are plans to buy a glass form - there are more of them.

In general, I bake a pumpkin in a bread maker, I think that you can easily bake potatoes.

with the number of buttons, there really is some kind of discrepancy, it seems like the start-stop for the individual counted. Other errors are also interesting - there will be time - I will correct the article.

I understand that this mold is not put in a bread maker?
liberiam
I understand that this mold is not put in a bread maker?
Why is it not put? Very much even put.
soneks
Then explain to me, stupid, how the dough is kneaded if the spatulas are not put there?
liberiam
The dough is kneaded in the native mold of the bread maker, and at the right time it is transferred to the separately purchased mold and baked. That is, a baking dish only. This is all for the sake of beauty, and not to facilitate the process.
soneks
Sorry. This is unacceptable to me
Since there is no time at all, you have to program the bread preparation at night so that it will be ready by the morning.
zalina74
Is it possible to put the dough on a timer in this oven? And if I want to bake pies in the oven, then what is the maximum weight of flour this HP can cook a simple yeast dough for? I ask you not to ignore my question - since this criterion for me is one of the decisive ones when choosing a HP model.
soneks
The start delay timer can be set to any program.
Maximum weight of finished dough: 1400 g.
zalina74
Thank you. I am tormented by a choice between this model and Panasonic 255. There is little information about Daewoo. Are these reliable stoves? Metal blades? Does the coating not wear off quickly? Does the bucket start to leak soon as, for example, often in moulinex?
soneks
It's hard to say, I just bought it. Metal blades, Teflon on top. The bucket does not leak.

I have a recipe book, I will look for it the other day. But I did not try to bake two different breads, can someone tell you what happens. I usually bake 2 loaves of the same bread. In connection with the renovation in the apartment, we had to abandon the bakery for a while - there is no place yet.

Regarding the recipe book, I have it kind of stupid, it seems, not at all from this stove ... there and the weight does not fit, for 500 g, there is not a single recipe
What else can you advise, there is an instruction for the Binatone BM-2169 stove, it also has a double bucket, Admin checked the recipes are correct ... here

another page - there is a description of that stove and the baking results are clearly shown

I baked two different breads, gray and whole grain, in my gallery there is a photo
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_wrapper&Itemid=74
There are a lot of options - why bake two the same, when you can vary the additives, for example, part of the flour is replaced by another, in one bucket - oatmeal (50 grams), in the other - buckwheat, there will be two breads of different taste
you can bake with flakes, in the same way, two different options for flakes in buckets
one more whole grain, another with bran
you never know, one with cheese, the other with sausage
If sweet - in one - raisins, in the second - candied fruits, and so on - that fantasy allows
The main thing is that the recipes must be suitable for the baking mode - it is baked in one mode

HUGE THANKS (thanked for the button too)!

I found out that the recipe book completely coincides with the recipe book for 3200 and 3207 (I first bought 3200S, turned out to be defective, exchanged it with a surcharge for 9154, and covered the book for 3200 for myself).

It is unclear why such a coincidence - the stoves are quite different. There are no recipes for a double mold - it seems like there are 500 gr. output, and in recipes for 700 or 900.

Good day! Yesterday I bought HP! I wanted Beanaton at first, but by coincidence I took deushka 9154. The instruction is of course a hurricane ... but I figured it out quickly. But the recipe book strained! Was it difficult to indicate the weight of flour in grams?
Today I baked the first bread in the basic mode. For 1000 gr. For myself, I weighed the ingredients on the scales. The recipe stated: flour - 4 with a third cup. I measured it before sifting - by the weights came out 615 grams. In the course of mixing, I had to add 1/8 cup water. Everything else according to the recipe, except for milk powder - I didn't put it, but mixed ordinary milk with water.
Thanks for the advice - follow the progress of the batch.
Everything worked out! Already eating

I think the program dessert I was supposed to bake a biscuit, I was very interested in this question for a long time, so today I decided to check at least what functions are there, poured water into a bucket, put the spatulas and turned on this mode, first kneaded the oven, then a short detuning and baking. Total time is 1h35min.
On the weekend I plan to check my guess, I'll try to bake a biscuit in this mode.

And what's the difference between a cupcake and a biscuit?
veranikalenanika
Hello tanchik68,
No, I didn't mean a biscuit with water, although there is such a recipe, I just poured water into a bucket to conduct a test drive and poured water just in case so as not to drive in vain, you never know what happened with the bucket, so I poured it water-reinsurance is simple.
I have already picked up the biscuit recipe for the experiment, although my hands did not reach the weekend
but anyway I'll do it somehow just for the sake of curiosity.
veranikalenanika
tanchik68, sorry, I almost forgot to write, as I understand the difference is that the dough in the cake is denser and a large amount of oil is used there.
By the way, I made a cupcake in small forms, it turned out to be two cupcakes of different taste, the only mode for me is cake I didn't like it, I now bake cupcakes on mode butter bread, so it comes out better in my opinion.

And what's the difference between a cupcake and a biscuit?
soneks, tanchik68, you will not believe, but I still tried the "Dessert" mode, baked a biscuit with water in it, as promised.
In my opinion, it turned out great, though I’m probably not to judge, but my cake has almost been crushed, they say that very much!
For myself, I concluded that the "Dessert" mode for the biscuit is excellent, better than the "Cupcake" mode and, in my opinion, the crust is thinner and softer on it.
The only thing I'm still more accustomed to is baking a biscuit in the oven.
And if someone does not have an oven, then this is a way out.

Yes, this is the laziest version of the cake for the laziest of the lazy,: csip: especially if you bake in xn, - there you don't need to knead anything yourself - I threw everything and turned it on. Hello!
Please tell me how who inserts the stirrers relative to each other? Do you think the difference in installation affects the quality of the batch?
And yet, let's add the "regime table" about warming up during kneading: - it seemed to me that on program 2 the oven kneads without warming up?
Is there a difference in baking temperatures depending on the selected program?
tanchik68
Alese
I put the shoulder blades in one direction, that is, parallel. In general, this does not particularly affect the batch. As for warming up during kneading, I heat the liquid before kneading to a warm state and do not bother further. Warming up occurs during proofing - that's for sure. but when mixing - hardly.
When baking, the temperature should be different for muffins and yeast bread, or at the same temperature - different baking times. I bake a cake in the oven at 180 gr., And bread 220 gr.

And I not only liquid, I put flour in the microwave for 30 seconds
And about warming up during kneading - I'm trying to study the "operation algorithm" of the stove. To understand the difference in operating modes.
tanchik68
The stove suits me. I bake bread both in the oven and in the oven. When baking rye, I use my own program. Over the year, I realized that, in principle, you can bake in any bread machine (and run into an unsuccessful one - just like with any oven). Plus - this is a double form, because tastes in the family are different))). You can do without programming. So far I have never failed.
