Category: Fish dishes
Cuisine: Thai
Ingredients
King prawns 7 pcs.
Ginger (root), finely chopped 2 tbsp l.
Cherry tomatoes 5 pcs.
Champignons 4 pcs.
Green beans in pods 50 g
Vegetable olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Chopped onion 1 pc.
Thai curry (powder) 20 g
Coconut milk 180 g
Cooking method

Chop the ginger finely. Cut each tomato in half. Cut the champignons into 4 equal parts. Fry the ginger and onion in the "browning" mode for 3 minutes. Add curry powder, continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes. Put shrimps, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans in a bowl and add coconut milk. Cook for 10 minutes in the "multi-cook" mode at a temperature of 120 ° C. Very fast, tasty and satisfying!

Note
I found the recipe in the attachment to the bork u 701 multicooker. Sooo delicious! Recommend!

Tasha, add curry or brown?

Is curry powder?

The recipe is not yours - but whose? Is there a source? Are there any photos (yours)?
Tasha.B
Rina! Add powder! curry. I buy in the markets where there are spices. I found the recipe in the appendix to the bork u 701 multicooker. I am surprised that this recipe is not discussed. Pts Pts delicious. Maybe because I love Thai food. And she herself came up with the following: carrots, onions, tomatoes in the "frying" mode for 5-10 minutes. On this frying we put fish (I love sea bass - not greasy) + spices, according to your taste, and in the "stewing" mode for 20-25 minutes.

Thanks for the fish idea

And you forcibly interrupt the Extinguishing mode after 20-25 minutes? What is your MV U701?
Tasha.B
Yes, I have a BORK U701. I turn off the "extinguishing" mode forcibly using "cancel". I cooked sour cabbage soup. Awesome! Everything worked out! Good luck!

You would revive the Temka of your MV ... There are no reviews at all.
