Isn't the bread inside raw? If not, then it's not the bread machine's fault.
And since sourdough bread, then apparently the problem is different - the top falls off, and this happens in the case of excessive proofing time, if yeast is added in parallel, then there can be a lot of them, a lot of liquid. Read the theory about sourdough rye breads - you might see what you are doing wrong.
And the programs in LG bread makers are not very suitable for sourdough bread.
Wish you luck

Good day. For about a year I baked bread with the LG 2001 bread maker. Everything was fine, the loaf came from almost all different recipes (even non-native ones). Now, whatever I do, the bread does not rise at all! I returned to my own recipes, the most proven ones - no result. Replaced flour, yeast. All the same, bread does not work. I don't even know what's the matter.

Bread maker LG-1051cj stopped baking on one side (which is closer to the display and buttons), on the other side it is normal. what could be because there is only one ten?

Good day! Please tell me what could be the problem.
I have an LG HB-205CJ bread maker. She categorically refuses to bake bread from mixed flour with high quality! What is meant. I knead the bun as usual, achieve the desired consistency (the density of the earlobe or a little tighter), the "Basic" mode, the bread fits perfectly, just like plain wheat. But as soon as baking begins, the roof falls off immediately. Dents, of course, do not work, but the hump is not convex, but such a "hole-mound", the crumb is baked, but slightly compacted. Wheat-rye (even with 2 tablespoons of rye flour), corn, with mashed potatoes, with semolina, even just with bran it does not work. And today, a handful of seeds were poured into the checked wheat - and that's it, opal!
I used to think that somewhere in the crack the air was sucked in and a draft was obtained. I cover the window and door with a towel. Sometimes it helps. But not always. With wheat-rye - generally a problem.
And further. The window of the bread machine cracked ...
Thank you.

I see a problem with the falling off of the top crust of bread from mixed flour not in the CP, but in the recipe - such breads are generally problematic for baking (in terms of the roof with a dome)
maybe all the same you are using not very high-quality yeast - try changing
well, with a cracked window you need to contact the service

Hello! Does anyone have a service manual for the LG HB-155CJ bread machine or at least an electrical circuit? Very necessary! Thank you in advance .
sazalexter
Yurius There is very little information on the repair of HP, if the schemes are available only to services, although they repair the repair by replacing the unit.

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie. Oven HB-206CJ. She baked bread several times: Wheat, French, and rye. Everything is strictly according to the recipe, bread for 700g, mode based and French. But the bread is not very good. Delicious, but the top fell off on everyone and inside it is damp, as if a little bored. Already quite upset…. What's wrong?

Good evening, help kind people, give advice, huh?
They gave me the stove in March
There is a problem: about a month ago, a trashy thing began to happen with the 2051B stove, the bun was no longer kneaded, pieces of dough and flour were visible on the finished bread on the side. And the bread completely stopped rising. That's absolutely. This unmixed bun is fried and that's it. In total, at the exit I have a heavy, not baked, low brick with an unmixed dough.
I changed flour, yeast, reduced salt, bought ready-made sets for bread, changed recipes, even instructed my son to lay the ingredients .. nothing ((
And from the very beginning, the bread was literally airy, the top almost protruded from under the lid
I'm getting lost .. go to service with this?

Hello dear forum users! I have the same problem. I bought an HB-2001 BY bread machine, worked without problems for 1 year - then at my home, I started to climb the coating at the bottom of the ledges - is this normal? We bake 2-3 times a week, sometimes more often. Well, okay, it's shabby - we bought a new bucket. After 3 months of operation, start climbing on this bucket. Maybe there are some secrets? We do not clean the bucket with abrasive products, do not scratch it. The only thing - we use a delay - we put it in the evening, and in the morning we have hot bread)))
It took 1.5 years, and one day the bread stopped rising - there are no errors on the screen, the baking time has not changed. We bake in the "French bread" mode. It is baked inside everything as always, only exactly half a bucket in height. The set of ingredients is selected for the optimal service life. We also tried other flour and yeast - without results. Dismantled and examined inside, cleaned everything - it was slightly flour. Visually no damage. Voltage is normal - there is a stabilizer for the whole house. The heating element heats up, the resistance of the temperature sensor at 25 C is about 103 kOhm. Who faced this problem. The stove is super-duper, do not buy a new one ((((I would be grateful for the tips. I really look forward to your advice. Thank you in advance.

grafwinter You need to dig the processor board, the thermal sensor often flies at the LV, it's more difficult to say, there is no manual for it. In the internet, it was slipping that the relay control transistor was still flying, which pulled the heating element, but you seem to have a different case, I would start by replacing the sensor, there are ski parts on the internet and it seems not expensive. As an option, I would buy another HP.

I bought an LG HB-159 E bread maker. I tried to knead the dough without baking, there is a smell of burnt wiring or plastic, the dough is thin, I had to add flour and put it for kneading. Do you think you should return the stove to the store or the smell will disappear?
grafwinter
And why will the bucket climb inside near the mixer on the ledges? what am I doing wrong?

but the fact of the matter is that everything is normal with the sensor. 100kOhm as expected. And I can always buy a new one, but I want to bring this one back to life) Is there any marking of this sensor? Here's what else I dug up in the open spaces: 🔗... Or maybe you can somehow check my thermal sensor? is there some kind of table with resistance readings depending on temperature?
And how is anyone's coated buckets? Will there be no mud? and what to do so as not to climb.

Hello, we bought an LG 3003 bread maker, put the bread in 1 time and a very strong smell appeared during baking, we assume that the heating element smells (stinks), nothing got on the element in a clean state. At the 2nd attempt everything repeated, the same strong, disgusting smell. What makes it all poisons the joy of shopping? Take it to the store has not passed 2 weeks or the smell will pass?

Hello, we bought an LG 3003 bread maker, put the bread 1 time and a very strong smell appeared during baking

On November 15, I bought an LG 1001 bread maker. And the smell of black plastic also spoiled all the joy of the purchase. The LG 1001 has a swivel mechanism at the bottom of the bucket (similar to a roller) and the glass where the bucket is inserted are made of black plastic. It is she who gives a strong, unpleasant odor when heated. (And without heating, too). I suspect that this is very unhelpful for health. I tried to return it to the store, but I was refused. Reason: The oven was in use. The smell hasn't gone anywhere yet.

I took mine to the store, and they sent it for examination. Naturally, the examination showed nothing!
They did not want to hand over the act of checking the stove. As a result, they gave me a photocopy.

Hello everyone, the LG HB-1002CJ stove has been working daily for 2 years, recently it began to wedge-leak. I disassembled everything, cleaned it, changed the oil seal, put new circlips on the shaft.
The question of lubrication remained. I read here about lubricants for office equipment, but if I lubricate the shaft and stuff the oil seal with such a lubricant, it is highly likely that the lubricant will get into the dough.
Something I'm not very good at. want. Maybe there are some alternatives, because on dry, it works for me in a minute, but creaks like an old galosh.
sazalexter
SanSanychevLubrication has already been discussed here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=36855.0 and here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=32099.0 absolutely harmless does not happen, alas ... In addition to the high-temperature one, nothing will work, it will bake and jam tightly.

Good day. I have such a question. Yesterday for the first time I decided to put bread on the timer for the night. I put everything together, set the timer (the program was set by French), and in the morning I found that the dough was not even kneaded, but everything was baked as it was folded. That is, not even mixed. Maybe I did something wrong? Or is the bread machine defective?
sazalexter
Ulianna, Try again according to the instructions, maybe you made a mistake.

Hello! Bread maker HB-152CE. I bought the same used model. (A bucket leaked in mine) I decided to assemble one of two identical ones. (The new case appeared in the purchased one) But I could not fasten the wiring that goes to the heating element to the wall of the case. So I threw it from the inside. I loaded the ingredients on the bread. It's good that I went into the kitchen: everything is in smoke, the log has burned out, the stove is so hot that the plastic collar melted that holds the bucket. The edge of the mixer knife adjacent to the bucket - (Teflon) has melted. I thought: why, because I did not break anything. Maybe there is a temperature sensor in the wiring that you did not screw to the wall? and, dangling inside the case, did the sensor transmit the temperature incorrectly? Tell me please! And I didn't fasten it because the fasteners (the screws are there, not the screws) are all of the same thread, and the screw does not fit into the hole that is intended for screwing the wires inside the case. Thank you.
sazalexter
Maugli1958, A sensor is attached to the side of the HP, without it the stove will go into a "runaway". After such damage, alas, HP is released.
Maugli1958
sazalexter And, having disassembled the HP and screwing the sensor, it is impossible to reanimate the HP? After all, it did not burn out.(Although, do not bring me, Lord, I would not be at home! You just need not a screw (it falls through, that's why I didn't screw it), but take a bolt and screw the sensor into the wall of the HP housing Thanks.
sazalexter
Maugli1958Try it, just carefully, it is not known what could fail from overheating.
Maugli1958
sazalexter THANK YOU. Yes, really ... No head ... I think, and the second (second-hand) I bought the endured. Since the last three programs and the HP shutdown button do not work in it. (I took it second-hand because of the bucket, and it was not so important to me) .. Thank you! There would be no short circuit. I'm afraid that, after all, her brains could not withstand such a high temperature without leaving a trace. But the heating element is intact. And with the number "20" on the display - HP did not feed bits (there is already reason to think that something is wrong!) Thank you

Hello!
I would like to consult with the experts who come here regarding the repair of the LG HB-155CJ bread machine. I read the previous error messages "Er3", read the log, but I'm not sure about the solution.
Anamnesis: the stove served for 2.5 years, baked 2-3 loaves per week + jams + dough.
Recently (5-6 times) the bread has become insufficiently suitable, which is probably a sign of insufficient heating during baking. Baking of the last bread ended on time, but not with the regular heating message: "[H]", but with the notorious error "Er3".
When turned on, the mentioned error is immediately issued, accompanied by a beeper, no operations are possible. Pressing the stop button again issues a beeper signal.
Attempt to diagnose:
1. Disassembled.
2. I checked the power supply: at the output of the stabilizer microcircuit, there are + 5V.
3. I checked the resistance of the thermistor in the temperature sensor - about 83 kOhm at +28 degrees. (I'm not sure if this is a normal mode, since many here write about 100 kOhm at +25. Although the thermistor demonstrates some "life" - a noticeable decrease in resistance from the heat of the hand.)
Experts, please advise how to reanimate the bread maker?
Change the thermistor? Check / change the control transistor C107M at the input of the temperature sensor?
sazalexter
Brotmeister, You need to dig the processor board, the thermal sensor often flies at the LV, it's more difficult to say, there is no manual for it. In the internet, it was slipping that the relay control transistor was still flying, which pulled the heating element, I would start by replacing the sensor, the ski parts are on the internet and seem to be not expensive, then I would replace the control transistor at the input of the temperature sensor. As an option, I would buy another HP.
Brotmeister
sazalexter, thanks, I have already read such an answer, but to another question. There is little constructive in it. Buying a new stove is not a problem! The problem is to repair this ...
sazalexter
Brotmeister, As already said, you need to dig the processor board, look for non-soldering, change the sensor.
Brotmeister
sazalexter, Thank you! I will be even more grateful if you can tell me which sensor is in LG microwaves? I would find analogs if I knew what to "dance" from. 100 kOhm at +25 is not very informative. "Standard" is also (although the exact mark would, of course, be the ideal answer). You need to know at least the second value - at 150 or 175 degrees ...
sazalexter
Brotmeister, sensor type СТ1-19 🔗 native parameters

sazalexter, and for this information, thank you very much !!!
For two days I tried to find it myself in the vastness of the Internet. Now, naturally, I'll start by finding and replacing the thermistor. Thanks again!
sazalexter
Brotmeister, And yet I would skim the board for "skirts"
problems due to which bread does not bake well:
1 - bad yeast and flour, as well as not following recipes
2 - poor mixing (bearing rusty due to wear of the stuffing box)
3 - poor contact in the connectors of the heating element
4 - poor thermal sensor (non-soldering)
5 - the board is faulty (it happens very rarely)
Brotmeister
sazalexter... Of course, I immediately checked the contacts. I did not find the "skirt", although it may be worth going through the soldering of critical places. However, 83 kOhm in the "cold" mode of the thermistor began to strain after reading the previous materials. However, somewhere in the discussions I saw such a meaning, and there it ended differently ...

The LG HB206CJ bread maker passed away in the second hour of its life ... The dough only had time to rise. No signs of life - the display is off. The fuse rang - alive. What to do?
