There is on this site, only, alas, in English. I suggest you not to despair and use the recipes posted on this forum, there are many of them and you can choose to your taste. All recipes have been tested and do not contain errors (which are often found in instructions). And I am sure you will appreciate the taste of the bread.

I have a Kenwood BM 250
I baked in it only 15 times, white bread and cupcakes for tea
I would have left her, only her test form is unsuccessful. When kneading, some of the flour and other components remain in the corners of the mold. Only later, after the purchase, I found out that my cousin sister also had a bread maker ... and there, in the corners of the form at the bottom, there are such bevels ... where unmixed dough is not hammered
In general, when choosing a bread machine, you need to pay attention to the shape. There will be no bevels - the dough mixer will not reach the corners, you will have to mix it manually while kneading the dough.

Yes, and my bread does not rise much ... but this is probably because I use ordinary white flour of the highest grade ... but I can't find bread flour anywhere.
And the cupcakes are wonderful

Who else has the same? Your impressions of using this model are interesting.

I have a kenwood BM 256 (in principle, the same, different design)
I always control the batch (it’s not necessary once at a time ...), especially since I always try new recipes. in principle, by the end of the second batch, almost everything should be mixed into the kolobok, but I'm reinsured.
I always use ordinary flour of the highest grade, additionally (except for yeast) I use only what is everywhere - milk, kefir, eggs ... it turns out very tasty and airy bread. try to put in a little more yeast and sift the flour.

Thank you, I will try more yeast and sift ... (although it is written in the instructions ... but LAZY WAS)

We had been thinking about purchasing a bread machine for a long time, but somehow I did not want to give a lot of money for it. We have on sale those that are cheap - and look somehow cheap, and the branded ones started at $ 140. And the other day a supermarket of household appliances opened near my house, where we saw the Kenwood BM 250 for only $ 70! We wrote down the name, went and looked in the internet what was there and how, came across this wonderful site - and hurry to buy! When buying, there was an embarrassment - the knife did not put on the shaft! (The hole was clearly smaller) but we immediately replaced it. And for a week now, almost every day I have been baking awesome bread. I tried regular and French, I really want to make a cupcake, but I don’t dare (after a careful reading of the forum materials, it seems to me that the temperature is really too small). I did not bake a 1 kg loaf very well, the bread inside turned out to be some kind of loose. And the crust somehow does not match for me (everyone loves the crusty crust), on the darkest it is still light. I just fixed it - I bake a 750g loaf, and set the mode to 1 kg.Flour in the corners of the mold does not bother, at first I cleaned it off, but now I am lazy, with a very accurate dosage of products, it almost never happens there.

I have a Kenwood BM 200. The model I understood was only on sale in Ukraine. I am very pleased. I always sift flour. The structure of the test improves

Does Kenwood all have the same bakeware? or different?
because I have a BM350, but flour and so on never remain in the corners, everything is kneaded into the dough ...

a week ago I bought a Kenwood BM 250. I'm very happy. She baked ordinary bread, French, sweet. Kneads well, no flour remains and the crust bakes well. I always sift flour. The first sweet bread came out not very successful - the yeast was saf-levure in granules, it did not grow well enough. Yesterday I baked bread on a timer, put it on for the night - excellent bread came out, the aroma for the whole apartment from the very morning. In general, while my husband and I are satisfied.

Dear masters and craftswomen !!!
I read the site with pleasure, I already bought a bread maker, read the instructions for it and the question arose: where to find the timing of the baking process, I am interested in practical application - when the cooking stages end, when you can open the CB, and when it’s not worth it ... that at first it is especially important - for the formation of a bun, for taking out the dough mixer (some take it out before baking itself so that there is no hole in the finished bread), for adding ingredients, for sprinkling and much more ... I understand that HB differ in the time of making bread ... I have a Kenwood BM-250 .... thanks everyone for the help
I won't say exactly in time ... but I don't open my stove after the last (second) kneading .... At this moment (when the dough is already kneaded) the stove gives a signal, I pull out the dough mixer (knife) and try not to bake anymore open ..... Although it is noticed that the baking process takes about an hour in time, so you can navigate by the time timer and the process designation on the display ... and you can grease it before baking bread and sprinkle with something delicious ........
fugaska
marrussa, I can throw off YOU on soap - I have on the 256th

there I posted a link to download the recipe book for the 250/350 model ... so there page 36-40 is this most interesting timing ...
Jefry
I wanted to write, without looking, that my last time interferes when the indicator remains 1:50 (it was established experimentally) But just in case I downloaded this instruction. Thank you very much for the reference !!! And then the instruction for mine was somewhat depressing for me - two thick books in different languages, but the sense is 0, from the recipes I use only the main one, and I take the rest here I will print this color instruction and distribute it to all my acquaintances who have been persuaded to buy VM250
ANSOL
And when I bought my 350 there was nothing in color but only a black and white book ... and here is a disk ... a klondike ... so I decided it might be useful to someone else, that's why I posted it .... Use it for health

A week ago I bought a Kenwood BM 250. I really liked the shape and the price, respectively. Small, fits well into the kitchen. I set it on the timer right away to have fresh bread in the morning. At night I woke up from a loud sound (I thought the mobile was ringing on the vibrator), then I realized that the oven was kneading the dough so loudly. After a while, she began to squeak so disgustingly (for the raisins, although I was not going to lay it, it's just the program she has).By morning, the bread was baked pale, although there was a medium-colored crust there, I had to ruddy in the oven. The next time the crust was slightly darker, and it meant dark. I spat on everything and handed it back to the store. I bought Panasonic-207. Bakes better, works quietly. And the program with the addition of raisins eliminates the timer altogether, which, in general, is logical. The only thing is bad, the dimensions are a little large and there is no window. And already baked it several times, the result is excellent. And the bookmarking algorithm in Panasonic is the opposite of Kenwood BM 250, that is, water is the last.
GAYKA
Can you please tell me the word TIMER on the Kenwood 250 display should always be on? If not, tell me how to remove it. Clicked by mistake when trying it; the instructions did not find anything related to this. THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE!
Jefry
It should always be on (are these little letters?). You did not press anything by mistake, there is no separate indication of the timer mode there. For example, when you turn it on, 3:25 is on fire, and with the timer buttons you can increase this figure to the desired value 10:15, for example, etc. (determine how long you want to hear the final chords) and boldly press the "start" button. Good luck! You will succeed!!!

Maybe the recipes from the 350 will work?

People, recipes for all ovens are UNIVERSAL !!!!
Choose from the "Recipes" section on the forum and bake to your health
(follow the order in which you place food for your stove).
Elenka_Kis
We recently bought a HP of this model - we are very satisfied !!!
The dough does not stick, it bakes well (the main thing is to lay down the components exactly according to the recipe). The recipes are different, I tried it from Moulinex, everything is ok!

What is bad - the spatula that interferes with the dough, according to the instructions, should remain in the dough and bake with it. Then it is removed from the baked bread and a hole remains in the bread, which spoils the appearance of the bread.
If you forgot to take out the spatula, you scratched it with a knife

: what a terrible bread turns out, mothers
Here, the problem ... so pull out the spatula, since everything is so bad, after the last kneading .. true, the hole will remain, but not so scary, and the spatulas cut everything, so you are not alone
IRINA 66
Dear bakers, I ask for your help ... I personally have panasonic, but my sister kenwood 250 lives far away, so I am asking for help on her behalf. She has a problem with baking fast. The bread is not baked, the middle is damp, and the crust is golden brown and good. The recipe from the instructions and I also gave her from the site a recipe for quick bread from Elena Bo with semolina. Can you tell me what could be the problem. Thanks in advance for your advice. In principle, I shared with her the recipes from the site (since I consider them universal), but alas, not everything turns out. Most often, the middle falls through or is poorly baked. Please advise us what to fix.
Lissa
View the baking times of quick bread. There should be about 2 hours.
Sveta
In Kenwood, quick bread is baked in 58 minutes. This is clearly not enough. Have your sister try French fast bread. There is more time. Somewhere around 2 o'clock.
kenvod
so that the knife does not remain in the bread, after you pull out the form: (from the outside of the form) slightly move the knife holder from the bottom of the form, after such a simple operation the knife remains in its place

And we recently changed the LG HP to BM250. Something I don't really like, it suits me.
We bake only French, and even then according to the LG recipe.
And Kenwood's recipes are not pleasant because:
- in Russian they are only on disk.
- the recipe is in grams, and the glass is in ml. How to translate - it is not clear! (At LG, all recipes are focused on the included glass, which allows you not to waste money and space in the kitchen for the scales).
For some reason, my wife can't make bread the way I do.

Unfortunately, flour varies in density. And you can put it in a cup in different ways. Most likely because of this, grams are now indicated in recipes.

And I have been baking various breads in Kenwood 256 for exactly one year. Approximately every 2-3 days. I adore it and will not trade it for any! At the very beginning there were various embarrassments ... Either old yeast, now a voltage drop, then various bold experiments on my part ... Now I practically do not observe accuracy in recipes, one can say by eye, but I always get delicious, beautiful bread! I am very happy with my stove!

And it is right! When you know what exactly you put in the bread, you gradually acquire a skill. Only some exotic flour or unknown yeast can interfere with a beautiful and healthy bread!

delfin1804
well tell me about her! Pliiiz! I want her so much !!! And they write that it is noisy ...
delfin1804
Good day everyone! SchuMakher, about the noise of this stove. Yes, I won't say that you can't hear her, kneading the dough, she tries so hard ... Yes, and the sound signal for laying raisins, seeds, etc. in the middle of the night sometimes wakes up ... But I thought about this "inconvenience", only when I read reviews about her. These small, in my opinion, errors do not change my attitude towards my assistant at all! Maybe because I didn't have anything to compare with. And now she is like a member of a family with her own character and shortcomings ... And you, ShuMakher, decide for yourself, maybe there is absolutely "quiet" ...
SchuMakher
Thank you! Can the sound signal be turned off or does it always work? So you want HP and Multiu, already driving your teeth ..... I love all this .... And what kind of bread do you bake most often and do you make djem on it?
patrold
SchuMakher
Actually, if you put on a timer, then the sound should be muted. Everyone sleeps at night.
SchuMakher
Yeah ... understandable, but not really ... If I want bread for breakfast, then she starts to "put" the dough for some time and then bake it? So I understand? How much time is it, 4-5 hours? And when does she require seeds then? Oops .... stupid me .... Suddenly at night it rings ?!

Yes, you need to specify how much time is left before the bread is prepared, that is, if you program it at 22.00, and you need bread, for example, by 7.00 in the morning, then it turns out that you need to set it to 9 hours. And there she herself will decide when to start kneading bread.
When you set the timer, in my opinion, it does not beep for throwing in additives (I don't remember exactly for a long time :)
SchuMakher
That is, this is the function of "delayed start as in a washing machine? Tady is clear ..... Exactly, you have to buy! Everything is ready ...
isin
I do not know how it is in the washer, mine does not have such a function
HP is a very necessary thing! Just advice if you buy Kenwood BM 250 do not bake according to the recipes from her book, I never got bread according to them ... there are a lot of good recipes on the site, over time you will have your favorites.
And another advice with yeast is better not to experiment, but to immediately take the SAF-moment.

Now 256 have appeared, 250 are slowly disappearing (in Moscow).
isin
patrold, is there a difference between them? or just the color of the case and the price?
nata41
My rye bread turned out flat at best, or even the roof fell by 0.5 cm.
I put the kitchen. a mitten on the window is much better! The bread is low in comparison.with wheat, but delicious!

The whole price is in the case - it is made of stainless steel.

Thanks everyone for the advice! Eyes run up from the abundance of ovens-recipes-tips, probably you need to summarize everything, divide everything into everything and buy a cho-thread

Technical forum question: what to click on the sent message in order to address the interlocutor by name?
mr310
Colleagues, share your experience on the topic - is the mode number 3 at the VM-250 stove suitable for baking pure rye breads, or mixed with wheat, and if so, to what extent. The question arose due to the fact that the positive experience of rye baking is mainly shared by the owners of other, more multifunctional devices, which, among other things, allow you to combine operating modes.
nata41
Mode 3 will be my footprint. experiment
I baked rye (Borodinsky) in mode 1, then (after reading here) I combined the modes, this is possible in our oven. I liked Mode 1 more. Choir bread. quality and click-and-forget.
And with this combination, you run into the kitchen for 3 hours. But nevertheless this is not for everybody, maybe someone is interested?
Jefry
Yes, I also have rye on the 1st turn out better than on the 3rd. It is even better to pull out the spatula on the 1st plus after the second batch. And even better - the dough mode, and then in the oven. Rye is a thin piece, however ...

I prefer automation
Everything else is handmade, so you can get to the option "knead the dough in a bowl"
Actually, I was planning to set the timer for the morning, but the problem with installing the bucket. It pops up and rumbles. I tried to squeeze some ears, but in the cut I shattered everything ... Now I definitely can't put it in the morning.
In general, if in other HP there are other ways of attaching the bucket, then I would not buy Kenwood.

I also make rye on the first program :)
