Slow Cooker Pickled Meat

Ingredients

A piece of meat (I have a kid's leg) 1-1.5 kg
Water 1 liter
Vinegar 150 gr.
Salt 2-3 st. l.
black pepper
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Bay leaf
Potatoes 1-1.5 kg
Eggplant 1 PC.
Tomatoes 5-6 pcs. small
Carrot 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 100 g

Cooking method

Prepare the marinade - mix all the ingredients needed for the marinade and bring to a boil. When it cools down, pour the marinade over our piece of meat. And keep in the refrigerator for a day. (You can hold up to 4 days)
I marinated right in the slow cooker saucepan.
