Mango Chutney

Ingredients
Mango 1 pc.
Butter 1 tsp
Red chili pepper 1 pc.
Garlic 1 clove
Salt, curry, vegetable oil,
apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar to taste
Cooking method

Cut the mango into halves, remove the stone, cut the pulp from the skin. Cut the mango pulp into small cubes and fry in butter for a few minutes. Cut the small red chilli into rings and add to the mango skillet. Add the crushed garlic clove. Allow this mixture to cool, then purée in a food processor, adding salt, sugar, curry powder, vegetable oil and vinegar to taste (preferably apple cider, white wine can be used).

Once I got bored in my refrigerator one large mango fruit. I thought, what would be so unusual from him. After a short internet search at eda. I found a recipe for chutney like this.

I cooked it, I liked it, however, I didn't have a chili pepper, I had to replace it with paprika. The taste is completely unusual.
Very tasty with grilled meat.
