Ingredients

milk 170 g
vegetable oil 30g
sugar 60 + 20 g
orange peel, lim. 2-3 tsp
dry yeast 3d

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, milk, butter, yeast. sugar, salt and one tsp. zest. Knead into a smooth, thick, sticky dough. Leave to come up to 1.5-2 times increase.
  • Cut the dough into 6-8 small buns. It is better to work with dough with wet hands.
  • Mix 2 ST. L. sugar or powder with the remaining zest and thoroughly roll in the buns. Place in a mold or on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other, distance to increase by 2 times and bake for 20 minutes at 180 C (first 10 minutes with steam).
