Cooking method

  • Salt portions of chicken, grate with seasoning, put in a baking dish, pour with kefir. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, I had it for 2 days. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown, three temperatures 180-190 degrees.
