Ingredients

Sour milk (curdled milk) 2 l
Sugar 100 g
Sheet gelatin 5 pieces
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Sauce (jam)
Sugar 150 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Milk, with a short shelf life of 5-7 days, which has turned sour and turned into curdled milk. Pour it into MV and put it on the "Multipovar" program with a temperature of 80 (in Redmond 01 - on the baby food program, but you need to watch it) and the cooking time is 40 minutes ...

  • 2. Take out the resulting cottage cheese with a strainer (you do not need to squeeze much) and put it in a bowl, at the exit about 400 gr. Add sugar + vanilla sugar and beat with a foot blender with a whisk attachment until smooth without lumps and granularity.

The dish is designed for

7 pcs

Time for preparing:

1 hour for making dessert + 4 hours for cooling

Cooking program:

V MV Redmond RMC-4205 Multipovar

Note

I prepared fruit berry jam for this dessert. I pulled out all the berries and fruits that had not been eaten in the freezer over the winter, I don’t know how much by weight (about 100 grams of raspberries, 300 grams of blueberries, 500 grams of plums - all this is eyeball).

I have questions:
1. What is the equivalent of sheet gelatin in sachets (10 grams each, otherwise I don't have sheet gelatin)? And how can you apply it, dry directly into a blender to cottage cheese?
2. How many grams of a bag of vanilla sugar?

On the first question: The package says that 1 sachet per 100 ml of water (5 sachets for 500-600 ml). I love when the jelly is cooler. Yes, if there was no sheet, then most likely I would add the usual one to the still hot mass. Or I would put it to swell in a small amount of whey. But at least she did not breed as written in the instructions.

The usual small packet took vanilla sugar
