today it was he who came out - DRINKING YOGHURT ... I did it in a multicooker 1 time I have Panassonic 181 ... actually I wanted it thicker ... most likely the density depends on the fat content of milk and sourdough ... maybe experienced comrades will tell you. And I did this: I heated 1 liter of milk (2.5% fat) to 39-40 degrees and added Activia light (1.3%) and sugar to taste. poured into the bowl. I set the bowl in a multicooker on a napkin. I added warm water to the cartoon to the milk level. set the HEATER for 15 minutes. Turned off for 1 hour. HEATED again for 15 minutes and turned off again for 1 hour. Then I put it in a cold store for the night. Drinking yogurt is ready in the morning. Apparently the density depends on the fat content of the products, but since I am on a diet, I took the minimum fat content. (We don't have less milk fat)
