Cauliflower Broccoli Casserole (Redmond RMC-01)

Ingredients

cauliflower 300 g
broccoli 200 g
flour 1 glass
chicken egg 2 pcs
sugar 2 tbsp
salt 1/3 h l
sour cream 3 tbsp
soda, slaked with lemon juice (can be replaced with baking powder) 1/2 tsp
leek 150 g
vegetable oil (refined) 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Beat eggs, sugar, salt with a mixer / blender until stiff foam (approx. 3 minutes). Add sour cream, stir, add flour, stir.
  • Drive slaked soda into the resulting dough, then vegetable oil.
  • Filling:
  • In a bowl pre-greased with butter, put 1/2 leek, cut into rings (preferably its white part). Next, a layer of cauliflower inflorescences, on it the remaining onions, then the legs down the broccoli inflorescences.
  • Pour the dough over the filling and after a minute, when the dough flows down, put the bowl in the cartoon and bake.

Quite! The last time I did it from frozen vegetables, I just added a little cooking time, because I was afraid that there would be a lot of moisture from frozen vegetables.
This time I decided to try from fresh ones and what is interesting: for fresh cabbage, you need to cut off the legs "under the very ears" (as close to the inflorescences as possible). If you don't cut them off, they don't have time to steame and crunch in the finished product - I don't like that
