The dish is designed for

12 pcs

Time for preparing:

2 hours for everything (we cook 1 hour in MV + 1 hour for preparing semi-finished products)

Cooking program:

Note

first, the heads poured 200 ml of sauce, and after they had eaten everything and took out the bowl, it turned out that the sauce had boiled out and poured the bowl on the outside to the heating element, so take less liquid. Since after eating the blue sauce, about 200 - 250 ml (by eye) remained in the bowl. That is, vegetables and meat gave their juice and therefore there was a lot of liquid !!!!

Mar_k, thanks for the interesting recipe. What does fiber give? First time I see a recipe with her
Fiber is my thing. I will add it when baking bread, when making noodles and wherever possible.
"... Fiber cleanses the body of toxic substances, mutagens and carcinogens (slags, poisons, salts of heavy metals, pesticides), removes nitrates that enter the body with vegetables and fruits.

Fiber affects metabolism and has a beneficial effect on a person's weight. It is metabolic disorders that lead to weight gain. Fiber cannot burn fat or affect the visible consequences of excess weight, but it eliminates the very reason - a violation of metabolic processes in the body. This leads to a gradual normalization of weight, without the threat of gaining extra pounds immediately after stopping fiber intake.

Dietary fiber shortens the residence time of food in the gastrointestinal tract. The longer food stays in the esophagus, the longer it takes for it to be excreted. Dietary fiber accelerates this process and at the same time helps to cleanse the body. Consuming enough fiber will normalize bowel function .... "

Mar_k, thanks for the info. I'll take a note.

Fiber production is different, I take fine grinding, like bran.

Thanks for the info! What is written on the packaging? Is it called "fiber"?

Can I have a photo of the packaging? In the store I will be guided by the picture!

I think you can just use the bran ...
NikSV
Certainly!
But I was intrigued by fiber!

Here I have one (she is the first, but this is what was in the store - Auchan) Cabbage rolls in the multicooker Redmond RMC-01

They are in different packages and manufacturers are different.
Of course, I may be wonderful, but I mainly add bran (rye + wheat and fiber) to bread. All sorts of grains.

Thank you!

Cabbage rolls in the multicooker Redmond RMC-01
I recently have a multicooker, model Redmond M90. Now I'm trying different recipes - looking for details on websites and forums. I analyzed many of them and made the following conclusions. To make amazing cabbage rolls, and not porridge with rice, you need to know two useful secrets. Make delicious juicy minced meat and delicious filling. The juiciness of the minced meat is achieved with a large amount of vegetables, and the filling is achieved with a sufficient amount of sour cream. And one more thing - do not immediately add tomato to the gravy, because it will prevent the cabbage leaves from cooking, and they will remain firm. I followed the advice from your forum and found a lot of detailed advice about dishes in a multicooker 🔗 (I don't know or you can leave a link). as a result, thanks to the collected subtleties of cooking, I got just amazingly tasty cabbage rolls that literally melted in my mouth. For some reason, they were not so tasty in an ordinary cauldron.

Angelinka14, it's great that you have found a recipe for cabbage rolls for yourself and your family! And in CF it actually turns out delicious, I think due to the fact that the cooking is more generous and there is more own juice (from meat and vegetables), not diluted with an additional amount of water!
