Boiled tongue in marinade

Ingredients

Boiled tongue, peeled and chopped 600-800 g
Marinade:
Olive oil 100-150 ml
Tarragon vinegar
(I didn't have one, I replaced it with the usual one)
50 ml
Black peppercorns 1 tsp
Garlic (finely chopped) 2 cloves
Dill and thyme 3-4 branches
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Coarse salt if the tongue is not salty pinch

Cooking method

  • Mix everything and grease pieces of tongue with marinade, let it brew.
