Apple and raspberry pie

Ingredients

Raspberry filling
Raspberry 1 glass
Sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
egg 1 PC
Starch 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Powdered sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
Apple filling
Big apples 2 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
cinnamon taste
Butter 1 tbsp. the spoon
Waffle sheet 1 PC
yolk 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Prescription dough Apple pie
  • Grind all the ingredients for the raspberry filling until smooth in a blender.
  • Peel the apples, cut into small cubes, put in a saucepan, add butter and sugar. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes, sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
  • Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out 2/3 of the dough thinly enough to put it in a round shape of ~ 24cm diameter, the sides should hang down a little. Pour the raspberry filling, put a waffle sheet on top. It turned out to be too big for me, I reduced the diameter of the sheet by cutting out a strip about 2 cm wide from the middle, then slightly reduced the outer side. Put apples on a waffle sheet, bend the sides on top. Remove the rest of the dough from the refrigerator, roll out, cut out the cookies and arrange them randomly, but tightly enough on the surface of the pie. Brush with yolk. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 170-180 degrees.

Note

In theory, the pie should be with strawberries, but I didn't have one, only frozen raspberries. And there will be strawberries, I will make with strawberries
