honey 2h l
vinegar 3st. l
garlic 3 teeth
ground black pepper

Cooking method

  • I want to share with you a very simple recipe, but it seems to me, relevant in the spring. At the time of greenery and young vegetables.

  • Wash the zucchini (I like the thin ones more, so they look more beautiful in finished form)
  • Marinated zucchini
  • Grate with a shredder, or cut by hand (preferably thinner)

  • Fold in a bowl, season with salt and leave for 30 minutes.

  • Mix oil with honey and vinegar, add garlic, passed through a press, pepper to taste, and chopped herbs
  • Squeeze the squash with your hands to remove excess liquid.
  • Put in a jar and pour over the marinade, stir.
  • Keep refrigerated.

Marinated zucchini are perfect for both a festive table and an everyday one.
