Korean Accent Salad

Ingredients

Korean carrot 200 g
Canned corn (sugar) 70 g
Stalked celery 2 stems
Shrimp 100 g
Sesame 1 tablespoon
Refueling taste

Cooking method

  • Pre-marinate frozen shrimps in your favorite marinade (I have soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil and honey), fry in a hot frying pan (or in a deep fryer, it's even better), cool. Fry a spoonful of sesame seeds in a dry frying pan, cool. Cut the celery stalks across (approx. 5 mm thick). Mix all the ingredients and season to taste. My dressing is lemon juice (more), vegetable oil (I like cedar nut here), black pepper. The rest - salt, garlic, honey, etc. - are already present in the ingredients (shrimp and carrots).
  • The salad does not pretend to be original, however, at the beginning of March, while there are no fresh vegetables and herbs, and you already want to crunch - it has the right to life;)

Tanya, thank you, the salad is, of course, the most unpretentious, from the series "what looked at me from the fridge", but yes - it turned out crispy and juicy, well, it stuck.
