Salad with crab meat and cauliflower

Ingredients

natural crab meat 200 g
cauliflower 1 rocker
Cherry tomatoes 8 pcs
pickled cucumbers 3 pcs
canned peas 1/2 st
sour cream 1/2 st
mustard 1 tsp
dill, bay leaf, peppercorns

Cooking method

  • I liked the salad for its originality, lightness and the ability to show imagination.
  • Salad with crab meat and cauliflower
  • If you use crab meat or sticks, then divide them into fibers, and cut the natural crab meat arbitrarily.
  • Boil the cauliflower, disassembled into inflorescences, in boiling salted water with the addition of bay leaves and black peppercorns.
  • Divide the cherry tomatoes in half (another tomato variety - into quarters). Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
  • Mix prepared vegetables and crab meat. Place in a salad bowl and season with sour cream and mustard sauce. Decorate with greens.
