Cooking method

On the Internet, many recipes say that if you cook it in a sleeve on an onion pillow, it will be like a real barbecue ... I decided to cook it. .. The meat, of course, turned out to be sooooo tasty, but the aroma of the fire will not replace anything (I did not want to add liquid smoke), so the recipe got just that name ...
