Solyanka meat team in a multicooker

Ingredients

meat and sausages 350-400 gr
smoked products are different 250-300 gr
salted cucumbers 100 g
medium onion 1 PC
tomato paste 2-3 st. spoons
boiling water or hot broth 1.2-1.5 l
vegetable oil 2-3 st. spoons
spice
olives 150 gr.

Cooking method

  • - finely chop and fry the onion
  • - then add meat, sausages, I usually take raw meat, although it can be boiled, I cut it finely and fry it for about 20 minutes
  • - then add smoked meats and fry for 10 minutes
  • - then add finely chopped and coarsely grated cucumbers, fry all together for 5 minutes
  • - then add the tomato paste, stir, let it boil and turn off the program
  • - then add boiling water or broth, depending on the density you like
  • - turn on the soup program and cook for about an hour, add olives at the end
  • pour into a plate, put a slice of lemon and sour cream
  • Bon Appetit
