Plyatsok cake Vyshyvanka 2

Ingredients

White dough:
Sour cream 200 g
Butter or margarine 400 g
Flour 550 g
Chocolate dough:
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 1 glass
Butter or margarine 250 g
Flour 400 g
Cocoa 1 table. the spoon
Interlayer:
Jam or jam 0,5 l
Walnuts 60 g
Peanut 60 g
Raisins 150 g
Cream:
Milk 2 glasses
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 2 glasses
Flour 4 table. spoons
Oil 300 g

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Knead 2 types of dough. The dough should be soft. Divide into 4 parts and place in the cold.
  • Roll out the white dough into 4 layers. Spread with jam (I have black currant). Sprinkle the cakes: 1st raisins, 2nd chopped peanuts, 3rd walnuts. Grate the chocolate dough on top on a coarse grater. Furnace at 180aboutFrom about 30-40 minutes.
  • Cream:
  • Boil milk with eggs, sugar and flour and cool. Beat the butter into a fluffy mass, continuing to beat, gradually add the custard.
  • Assembly:
  • Spread cream generously on the cakes. You don't need to smear the top (it's more convenient to eat this way).
  • Leave to soak for 8-12 hours.

Thank you for your attention to the recipe.
All my childhood I was fed with different dances, mainly at a party. I have always considered them to be something very mundane. Only recently I learned that this is, in fact, a unique "phenomenon". Their only drawback, I see, is that there is no point in baking a dance for a small company. This is a festive dessert for a large family and a lot of guests.
