Buns without kneading on yogurt

Ingredients

wheat flour 1 s 300 g
whole grain flour 90 g
yogurt 400 g
instant yeast 1/4 h l
salt 10 g

Cooking method

  • In the evening, mix flour with yeast and salt, add yogurt and stir with a spoon until the flour absorbs moisture like bread without kneading. Cover the container with the dough with foil and leave at room temperature overnight. I got about 10 hours in time. Then form buns from the dough, put on a baking sheet and let the proofer for 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, sprinkle the buns with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10 minutes with steam, then lower the temperature to 210 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes without steam until golden brown. The baking time depends on your oven.
  • The recipe is very simple and the result is wonderful.

Natasha you got cool buns. I have not tried the folding method, it may be more convenient. I somehow read it at anna973. about forming buns. She writes that this is how the buns do not creep, but rise to the top. So I bake. We need to take a closer look at the folding method. And by the way, today I baked your "Buns-flower for breakfast". Very tasty and soft. Now I just drink coffee with them with butter. You see what a tandem we've got.

form buns from the dough

Tata, and you molded buns on flour or greased your hands with butter?

My dough is already on its way, and I'm at a crossroads: either to mold in the classical way (for the classic, the dough sort of watery, but this is only at first glance), or in the way that Natasha mentioned above ...

Bake for 10 minutes with steam

A glass (or is there a lot of a glass?) Pour boiling water onto the lower baking sheet, right?

Crochet, I usually grease the board and hands with oil, quite a bit, so that the dough still does not slip, and at the same time it holds just a little bit. As if it clung a little, it is more convenient to roll the buns. And in the oven I splash water over my eye. True, this has already ruined its lower wall. Whitish spot
