Bell pepper appetizer with feta cheese

Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs
Chees Feta 30-50g
Olive oil 2-3 st. l
Pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste

Cooking method

  • To bake the pepper in any way convenient for you, this time I did it in the BBK grill, remove the skin.
  • In a bowl, knead the Feta cheese with the addition of pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Remove the skin from the pepper, cut into small pieces, mix with the cheese mixture and eat. It's sooo delicious, especially with fresh white bread.

Note

I really love baked peppers and I cook it often, one might say to cheer up. With salted feta cheese, with a slight sourness of lemon juice and olive oil ... mmm. it's just a skaaazka.

I didn’t take off half of the skin. When I bake it in AF, then I put the pepper in a bag and the skin comes off easily, but here I am like a hurry, everything is beGGYYG.
True, then this skin flew into my body like clockwork. My husband was already scared that while he was shooting, I would try the whole bowl and he would not get anything.

Tanyulya, thank you for this brilliant idea - I did it yesterday, so the skin was removed in a stocking!
Don't be lazy to put it in a bag yourself
