Chicken casserole with mushrooms in a slow cooker

Ingredients

minced chicken ~ 1.2 kg
slices of a white loaf without a crust 4 things.
milk 150 ml
egg 1 PC.
bulb 1 PC.
fresh mushrooms 500 gr.
garlic 2-3 cloves
a bunch of parsley
salt
rast. oil for frying mushrooms
a pinch of ground black pepper (optional)

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut onion and mushrooms into slices, fry on rast. butter until tender.
  • 2. Soak the bread well in milk for about 10-15 minutes, squeeze it slightly, add it to the minced meat, mix thoroughly so that there are no pieces of bread left.
  • 3. Add the egg, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, mix everything well. We spread half of the minced meat in a bowl, level it. Put mushrooms and onions on it. Top - the second half of the minced meat.
  • 4. Bake on the "Baking" mode for about 30-35 minutes.
  • 5. Then leave on heating for another 10-15 minutes. Look at readiness. Take out on a platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Note: I used champignons, but you can take any others to your liking. I think you can try with pickled ones too.
