Cabbage (DEX-40)

Category: First meal
Cabbage (DEX-40)

Ingredients

Meat 300-400 g
Potatoes 4 things.
Sauerkraut about 0.5 l
Fat a small piece for frying
Salt, ground pepper

Cooking method

  • It's as simple as two and two. I advise you not to change anything, no fried onions + carrots and no spices, except for pepper. Try this soup the way I love it, maybe you will fall in love with it.
  • Dedicated to all lovers of sauerkraut ...
  • 1. Cook broth from meat on high pressure - 25 minutes.
  • 2. When the broth is ready, add the peeled and chopped potatoes and squeezed sauerkraut to it. Salt and pepper well (I have a mixture of peppers here). Pepper plays an important role here, so we'll add some peppercorns at the end. No more spices!
  • 3. We turn on for 6-7 minutes on HP again.
  • 4. Cut bacon into small cubes and fry in a frying pan. (I did this in a slow cooker on the Fry-Meat program) As a result, there should be a lot of fat and tiny cracklings. The bacon should be fresh (or from the freezer), but in no case salty.
  • 5. When CB has gone into Heating, you can release the pressure manually. Pour our frying into the soup (be careful, if it is still only hot - there will be splashes, it is better to cool a little before pouring). Sprinkle again generously with black pepper and taste with salt.
  • That's it, the cabbage is ready.
  • All the same can be cooked on the stove or in a slow cooker on Stew. Only in this case potatoes are added to the finished broth (about 1 hour on Stew), and cabbage is added 7-10 minutes before its readiness. Frying is always added after the cabbage is ready.

Note

Cabbage (DEX-40)

This is how cabbage has been cooked in our family for many years. Suddenly someone else will like it, I will be glad.
You can't pull me off this dish by the ears, I can wrap three such plates in a row.

Bon Appetit!

Oksana, isn't there a lot of cabbage? I also love cabbage, but I add a little more millet there

Yes, I didn’t measure it with anything, I just take it from the jar into a bowl by eye, now I’ll go and measure the bowl to be more accurate.

She poured half a liter of water into her bowl, visually, something like that of cabbage and will be for the whole pan.

High pressure in pressure cookers.

All the same can be cooked on the stove or in a slow cooker on Stew. Only in this case potatoes are added to the broth, and cabbage is added 7-10 minutes before its readiness. Frying is always added after the cabbage is ready.

Oksana... what a wonderful soup! And such a kapusnyak has the right to be! All ingenious is simple!
I cook with millet, with frying, with stewing cabbage separately until semi-soft, but that's not what I mean ...
I would like to cook such a soup, but in a slow cooker. What kind of cabbage should be ready? Is it crispy or soft?
I would like such a soup ... There is still a little sauerkraut left ...

I think a lot still depends on the cabbage itself, because all the hostesses have different cabbage, each does it in his own way. It remains a little hard in my soup, it shouldn't be soft. And how to cook in a cartoon - I wrote a little higher. I hope you enjoy it.

Yeah, now I read it, while I was writing a new instruction appeared.
I have the cabbage. crispy, of course, and how could it be otherwise!
Thank you, I understood everything about the cabbage in the soup.

Oksana, thanks for the recipe! I have been looking for it for a long time, I asked the neighbors, but I never got it - no one knows what kind of dish "cabbage" is.

Oh, I also cook this in Dex. I just call it cabbage soup. This is my favorite soup, sour, awakens my appetite. I just put the meat right away with potatoes and cabbage and set it for 30 minutes.
I recommend to all

I've been cooking some dishes familiar from childhood all the time, but today something jerked me - let me, I think, I'll post the recipe. Here. I had to jump with a fotik a bit, for me this is the laziest thing. If I didn't need pictures, I would write more often.
