I am the lucky owner of this multi. I am looking for companions together as it is more fun to overcome various obscure moments. I haven't cooked anything on a multi-cook yet. Bakes just great, I use stewing, awesome stuffed cabbage rolls !!! but he doesn't like potatoes - I don't know how to "make friends" - sticks Maybe you need to change the saucepan? or what am I doing wrong. So I want to chat with other owners of this multicooker. I was once told that the food is not tasty in multicooker, and I am so bastard, very tasty, easy and ... as if I came from a village with a well and amenities in the yard to a city apartment! Impressions !!! I thank everyone who came up with such a wonderful device !!!
Lvica
yesterday I decided to try frying a chicken. I smeared it with chicken mixture, put it in a cartoon, pouring a little oil, and set the fry-meat program. 10 minutes after reaching the required temperature, I decided to check what was going on with me. The chicken was fried to a brownish crust (it was necessary to turn it over early), did not stick (otherwise my potatoes stick for some reason) - turned it over and put the potatoes (only I got water about half a glass). Another 10 minutes and a delicious chicken with potatoes were ready for dinner. In total, it took me about 40 minutes to prepare a wonderful dinner. Isn't that a miracle? And what a help to us - working women!

So I have such a new toy! Comrades, dear, share who has such, how does she behave?
Vasilica
Olesya, congratulations on your new assistant! I wonder what is the cup in it?

Did you buy it in Tashkent? What multi-sellers do you currently have, how much do they cost? Oh, so everything is interesting to me, where are they selling equipment now? When I was still living in Tashkent, we bought at the Navoi fair, I heard that it was removed.
Summer
Thank you girls!
We bought them in Tashkent, of course, we have different ones, I took Vitek for myself and my daughter, but mine broke down, I don’t know how much to fix, so we bought a heap, we bought it for 650 thousand, this is about $ 250, Navoi fair closed a long time ago, now we have Malika, almost the same.

Good day!
Tell me about the preparation of milk porridge in this model. I wanted to cook oatmeal porridge, but it "ran away" from me (steam started and milk began to run out of the multicooker). I did everything according to the recipe in the "porridge" mode. Has anyone had this kind of problem?
Masinen
I usually put a plastic steamer on top in my 4502 and it keeps the milk escaping)
But I never ran away, but I put it anyway)
Lvica
I read about Herculean that they usually behave in cartoons. And I cooked rice and buckwheat - nothing ran away and did not burn, it turned out wonderful porridge. After all, the cereals must be thoroughly washed, but how do you wash the rolled oats? Maybe, of course, you can ... So try rinsing until clear water.
Summer
Yes, my milk rice porridge also turned out well, no problem, the barley for the side dish is excellent. And I didn't like the omelet yet, it turned out to be some kind of dry ...
Lvica, and you have been using this model for more than six months, please tell me, what are your impressions? how does she bake? How does it behave on the timer? interesting first-hand information so to speak
Lvica
I didn't cook on the timer, somehow not before, but now I bake only in it. the truth is now baking has begun to stick, but my friend's daughter 4502 has the same problem, she says that everything sticks.I lay baking paper and know the problems And what a beauty it turns out! I especially like the royal cheesecake - fluffy, tender in the oven that won't work. But there is a type of food that I don’t experiment with in a cartoon: pilaf, borsch, omelet. I didn't cook on a multi-cooker, I work, I don't have time to experiment. Stuffed cabbage rolls are excellent, yummy-ah-ah! Stewed potatoes with meat, in general, in it I do something over which I do not need to be wise. After all, I took it to facilitate the female share. I use it in the middle of the week, and on weekends I stand by the stove myself. But my husband absolutely loves the cartoon stew with meat, so on weekends I have to use my hard worker. And the bowl is already asking for a replacement. Don't you have bowls in Tashkent? I want a ceramic one, but my daughter will not buy me in any way, she has no time to run around the shops in Moscow, and with whom to transfer - is also a problem ... Maybe we can get it?
Summer
Elena, thanks for the answer! I know about good baking in the cartoon, I still have a Vitek cartoon, but now it is out of order, so we urgently bought a radish, so everything was baked wonderfully in Vitek, but here I am afraid of something. I cooked an omelet, I didn’t like it at all, it’s dry and stuck, I will not do it anymore, but I also think that the omelet in the cartoon is a pointless exercise. I said about pilaf, like you, that I will not cook it in a cartoon, then someone persuaded it on the forum, cooked it, and now I WILL do it, very tasty! it is just that we, as oriental people, can hardly imagine such a way of cooking pilaf.
I'll take into account the advice with paper, I don't like the cell bottom here, it's not convenient, it sticks, and I don't understand how best to clean it ...
I have not seen replaceable bowls here, I will keep in mind that you are looking, if anything, I will tell you, Tashkent is definitely closer than Moscow, especially since my children are going to Samarkand on December 28, I could send them with them. By the way, ceramic is not very recommended, they say they are more capricious and vulnerable, they praise stainless steel and Teflon.
Lvica
Olesya, share your experience in cooking pilaf in a cartoon, maybe I'll also take a chance, since you praise

Baking mode 30 minutes.

Girls hello everyone! Today, this slow cooker finally came to me, such a beauty, the eye will not admire this. This is my second cartoon, before that I was Vikonte, took the action for only 2399, it was a sin not to take it. The only thing I've read is that burning gives an unusual bottom (in honeycombs), so it's probably better to take a ceramic bowl as well
Summer
Svetlana, congratulations!
To me, the bottom with honeycombs is also not very, smooth is better in my opinion, but they also say different things about ceramics, and that I have heard a lot of vulnerable ones.
And today I have chops
Multicooker Redmond RMC-M45011 - reviews and discussion
Delicious and simple!
Yes, and borscht, by the way, I also cooked in it, it turned out great, very tasty!
Summer
Something in Temko is stable silence, it's a pity ..... well, we'll wait, you glance and the people will catch up
Evitalia prepared yogurt with sourdough, the result pleased, and no unnecessary movements, program for the night, here you are in the morning!
The curd was baked, very tasty, but it burns and sticks, even cry, well, so that it doesn't sticky, you can certainly put paper, but why is it burning? I don’t understand, the time in baking in the minus cannot be changed? and what is the interesting temperature for baking?
Summer
Today I fried cauliflower in breadcrumbs, I liked it very much, it does not burn right after the first batch and such a cool, really crispy crust!
First, I prepared the cabbage for "steam-vegetables", 4-5 minutes is enough, then already very soft cabbage for my taste, and fried on multi-cook vegetables, you need to set it for 30 minutes, depending on the amount of cabbage.
Lvica
fry vegetables? or is it a multi-cook? If the latter, at what temperature?
Summer
The program is short for frying vegetables, it was not enough for me, so I fried it on a multi-cooker 160 degrees, it took me 30 minutes, look at the amount.
Lvica
Olesya, I read a lot about making yogurt in a cartoon, but I never took a chance, then do you pour from the bowl into the jars? I just love thick, but I don't have small jars, and about the sourdough in more detail, please: where do you get it, how do you prepare it?
Summer
Yes, I poured it from a bowl, but today I want to try it in cans, then I will write about the result. I fermented on Evitalia, tell my daughter, in Moscow she is in any pharmacy, the box lasts for a long time. People also ferment at Activia, or you can ask around in our pharmacies, maybe they also eat, at least Narine definitely had a ferment, but on the other hand, you can make with your sour milk, it is incredibly tasty in Samarkad!
Lvica
Thank you, Olesya, I tried it on Narin, but I didn't succeed. I ferment kefir and fermented baked milk on sour cream, but I put the fermentation in the old fashioned way in a jar under the hat
Anna1981
Forgive me for the quote, but I haven’t really understood how to write in the forum))) I became the owner of this multi, I haven’t tried to cook anything yet)) If I’ll ask for tips from more experienced housewives in this matter!

Hello.
So I became the owner of the multicooker 45011.
Your advice is very necessary. How to cook milk porridge, on which program. He runs away to "Porridge".
Maybe I cook a large amount - from 1 liter of milk? But my family is big.
Lvica
What cereal did you take? Washed out? I just don't try to run away
Lvica
I even put 3 liters to boil and everything was in order, the cooking-porridge program.
Lvica
Olesenka, what taste does this honey cake have? I once tried a tall honey cake with a custard taste, but I can't find the recipe anywhere, and the hostess didn't say, but I really want to bake a custard honey cake in a cartoon

I just stopped by to share a story about porridge, because many, as I read, have problems with it. Cooked porridge in the morning. I put a temperature of 100g on the Multipovar, the time is 45 minutes. half a bowl in a circle in the upper part smeared with oil (so as not to run away), poured a measuring glass of well-washed round rice, 2 cups of milk, 2-water, half a tablespoon of butter, table sugar, a little salt. Included a 9 hour snooze. I was worried that the countdown did not go back, I thought that in the morning we would be left without porridge. Got up, voila! The porridge is ready! Already on heating for 1.5 hours it was (you can see it on the display). Then I'll post a photo from my phone. In my opinion, a little bit thick, but completely mute, I added literally half a glass of boiled water. My daughter and husband were eating on both cheeks. This amount was enough for us to eat normally for three.
In general, my experience is good so far. Yesterday I cooked stewed potatoes with minced meat. I put the carrots on the minimum frying, then threw the minced meat, potatoes and stew for 2 hours (I wanted it to be boiled). Well, what could have gone wrong there, I don't even know, so everything worked out)) We walked with the child, came, the potatoes are ready.
Anna1981
And also, tell me, who cooked oatmeal? What oats? Fast or just cereal? And how much to bet? Although I think you can try a large one. Clear sun for a minimum of time ...
Summer
Elena, honey cake is very tasty and very easy to make. And my cream is whipped cream. Try it, it turns out guaranteed, on the second or third day it becomes even tastier, soaked perfectly.
Lvica
cream is kaymak? or thinner?
Lvica
Anya, I didn't cook oats, but I tried barley, in a pressure cooker faster, of course
Summer

cream is kaymak? or thinner?
Flax, we have 35% cream in our store, they are not thick, yesterday I took a kaymak, also such a percentage, but thicker, so you don't need to beat it for long. Sour cream generally goes well with honey cake.

girls, does this model have a drip tray?

Tatyana, welcome to new members, join us! When do you expect your cartoon?
And accept my congratulations on your birthday! Health, happiness and all the best!

Today I made baked milk, by trial and error I came to the conclusion that, alas, we cannot do it with stewing: pardon: but on a multi-cooker at 100 gr. ran away, and at 80 languishes, but slowly. That could be 95 gr. set As a result, I drove it 2 times on porridge and set it to 80 gr. for 3 hours, Already fermented fermented baked milk, I'm waiting for the result. I used to do it in a pressure cooker without any problems, but I thought it would be tastier in the cartoon, tomorrow I will report the result of the "test"
Summer
Elena, but if the process still goes on at 80, then you can just put it on for the night, and let it languish for 8 hours, well, or vice versa for the whole day, and go to work. Share the result, everything is good for us
Tatyana, well done, give more followers to our sect
Lvica
It turned out to be another tasty treat, but you really need to try drowning for the night, first for an hour for porridge, and then for eight hours for a multi-cook, next time I will try that. I describe the fermented baked milk: light cream, thick-ah! The spoon is worth it, and it's delicious! On a pressure cooker it is certainly faster, but there was no such thick consistency, and the sour cream was lousy (which I fermented), more like kefir or diluted chakka, this is probably due to evaporation. I have 900 grams left from one and a half liters. But it's worth it.
Lvica
Yes, in principle, I have already written everything, I drove 1.5 liters of homemade milk 2 times on porridge, set it to 80 grams. for 2 hours, looked in, the result did not satisfy me and put it on 100 grams. (I read about stewing and 100 grams on the forum), but when boiling, my milk tried to run away, well I stood in the hold, opened the lid (the temperature naturally slowed down), rubbed the cartoon and set the quenching program: it boiled very violently, trying to run away, again set for 2 hours at 80 grams. When it has cooled down to 40 gr. added 2 tablespoons of sour cream, and then in the old fashioned way - under the hat. Painfully, the bowl was zagvazdana. By the evening I put it in the refrigerator, after an hour I could not resist and tried it ... I barely took it with a spoon, put it in a mug and ate it with relish, it was very tasty, although the true taste of baked milk was barely felt, it was necessary to heat it for 80 grams longer. But I barely washed the bowl. The result, if we were to heat milk, then in the volume of 3 liters, so that there was something to sacrifice the bowl for. But it's very tasty ... I'll risk it for weeks.

Hello hostess Today I got my cartoon, happy aaaa ... I decided to cook pilaf, according to the recipe book, I had legs from a homemade rooster, poultry meat is a little tougher than chicken from the store, and I decided to fry it a little in a pan (so that ) I loaded everything according to the recipe and voila, in an hour the pilaf is ready)))) The husband and mother-in-law were eating on both cheeks)))))) There was no tomato in the recipe, next time I will add a little. And one more nuance - my cartoon in the cooking and heating mode made some kind of sounds such as clicks or crunching, tell the girls this is the norm or should you be wary, How does it work for you? Quiet??? Thanks to everyone who answers !!!!

Clicks are relay sounds.Nothing wrong with that.
Anna1981
Hi, the girls I offered, but I also can't insert photos myself. So, I report how I also tormented the multicooker.
1. Cooking lazy cabbage rolls. I fried onions with minced meat on frying meat, then threw rice and cabbage, water. But with the choice of the regime, a plug came out. I put the usual one for cooking. I waited for the water to gurgle nevertheless, as on the stove, and did not wait for some reason ... Everything looked as if it was languishing without boiling. In order to calm my soul, I turned on a 120 g multi-cook for 15 minutes. Everything bubbled up as expected and I was satisfied. It turned out delicious. The question is: what kind of program should you put in order not to stand "at the stove"?
2. Cooked oatmeal Clearly sun # 2 (what were) on the Porridge mode, by the way, everyone does not like the cat so. The proportions by eye, the rim of the butter-porridge came out wonderful! Nothing escaped.
3. I made potatoes for a couple, turned on the truth for 1 hour to steam, I thought it would not steam. Turned it off earlier. WHAT can I say ... Potatoes. like a potato. Not because something is wrong, but because the potatoes are from the store.
4 .. Cooked chicken broth. Here again the plug came out first. Hence the questions: does anyone know which program has which temperature? I put it again, as with cabbage rolls for ordinary cooking, but the countdown timer has already started (it means that the temperature is set), and I did not notice boiling. I put the multi-cooker again at 120. Brought to a boil, skimmed off, and put it on the soup for 1 hour. but there the program seems to be automatic for at least an hour. Disconnected earlier. Who DOES it on what mode? He is just cooking something. So. so that it boils first ... Theoretically, it is clear that on the stove, at first, the fire is strongly turned on to boil, and then we turn it down so that it can boil calmly and not run away ... So what about the multi? Indeed, on a certain program, one temperature regime is supported. If this is the temperature of calm cooking after boiling, then how does the broth boil ??? And if the boiling temperature is, then everything will simply run away. Help me figure it out, please. I just want to be able to put the broth on and go home.

Maybe it was the husband who snapped his teeth at the smells in anticipation?

Everything is okay . It really is a relay.
Summer
Tatyana , congratulations on the new thing! Now just have time to cook goodies! My cartoon also likes to click, everything is fine. About pilaf I want to say - I cooked everything first on a multi-cooker, fried everything, then on stewing for an hour, then I put rice and until cooked. Why do you put a tomato in pilaf?
Anna1981, as you delve into the work of cartoons in detail, I am delighted, I do not think too much - I put it on and went. I cook the soup in soup, without preliminary maneuvers with boiling, and I cooked the borscht all at once - both meat and vegetables. If I cook meat, put it for 1.5 hours, chicken for a maximum of 1 hour (if it is not homemade). I also cooked cabbage rolls, fried them in a multi-cooker and then stewed them, somehow I don’t worry when and how it will boil, I know for sure that it will be ready by the end of the program, and that’s all, I don’t need it anymore. And with porridge everything is fine, the only thing is that corn needs more time than in the program.
Anna1981
It's not good that I delve into it, no)) one park! I’ll try, like you, to throw it and leave. Since you cook in these modes, then I think it will work out.
