  • In general, I baked a sponge cake according to GOST from my mother's book (I took it to read it yesterday), there are 6 types of them, this one is called "new". Its recipe was developed in 1966 at the Moscow confectionery factory "Bolshevik", everything in kg and tons, translated into grams. I decided to try the minimum portion of 190 g of melange (broken egg without shell).
