Herring under a white fur coat

Ingredients

Herring 3 fillets
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Apple 1 PC.
Mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • I spread it on the dish in layers:
  • - herring, cut into small pieces
  • - finely chopped onion
  • - boiled potatoes, grated
  • - mayonnaise
  • - boiled eggs, grated
  • - apple, peeled and grated
  • - mayonnaise

Note

The number and order of ingredients can be changed to taste. The apple must be greased with mayonnaise so that it does not darken.

Well, wow, I have three fillets lying alone in the refrigerator ...
Rick
I tried. As I presented three fillets in the fridge, mmmm ... salivation began to flow ... Probably, I'll go buy it and make some more.

The title is not correct. Should be called: under the white fur coat... It sounds nicer, I think, and tastier.
Rick
Well, yes, the fur coat is not as big as the usual one But I think that the name does not really affect the taste And it is actually delicious
Merri
Quite often you have to "half" the salads in the range of products available. Thanks for the herring idea!
Rick
You are welcome!

: hi: Delicious! I love herring in any form, but my son will be happy with this recipe.

Ladies, let me make a small addition. I always sprinkle the chopped herring with a little vinegar, and then lightly with sunflower oil. I just mix the onion with the herring. Try it.

Of course, of course Good advice is always welcome!
Oil with a scent? When I just cut the herring on the table in pieces, I always sprinkle it with oil with a scent, we like it better.
And for a herring under a fur coat (and for an ordinary one too) I buy a ready-made fillet, as a rule, it is already in butter. I was lazy to clean the herring

Odorless oil. And the herring in a fur coat is better than freshly peeled, it is more natural and the salinity of the herring can always be corrected. She does not have the aftertaste inherent in ready-made herring fillets.
Rick
It is, of course, correct But leoooo ...

Well, sooooo interesting fur coat!
Having “played” with fur coats in the theme “Learning to cook playfully”, I became a fan of Lazerson fur coats. And after trying this one, I became thoughtful. This sheepskin coat is good too!
So good that after the fish (I had not a herring, but a sprat of spicy salting) I wanted to undershub the meat. Which was successfully done with the baked chicken. Chicken is also very tasty. Although it seemed to me that the meat needs to soften the sharpness of the onion by scalding it.
With sprat:

With Chiken:

Thanks for the recipe!

Irina, I am very glad that you liked the recipe. And with chicken I myself will try to do it with pleasure. So thank you for the idea too!
