Kenwood BM 250 The smallest basil bread in a bread machine

Ingredients
WATER (dark beer, potato broth, tea) 150ml
WHEAT FLOUR (or wheat 65% + rye 35%) 210g
SALT 1/2 tsp
SUGAR (I don't put it) 1 tsp.
YEAST 1/2 tsp
BASILIC 2 tsp
Cooking method

Put everything in the pallet in a strand
I don't add oil
any mode, usual, for the smallest bread (I have it for 350g of flour (!!!!))
I did it on the French mode, it turns out a crisper crust just), and on the "quick bread" mode, it lasts 2:30 for me.
And yes! It is very important to help with the spatula a little at the beginning, I can handle it in a minute :)
and I also cover the window with foil

The dish is designed for less than 300 gr
Cooking time: from 2:30 to 3:13
