Cooking method

  • Knead all the ingredients (room temperature oil) into the dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (required!)
  • Then make small balls of the dough (about 2 cm in diameter), place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  • In the center of each ball, make a depression (not to the bottom!) With the other side of a wooden spoon.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden brown.
  • Then cool, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and put a little jam or jam into the depression with a coffee spoon, I have an apple jam.
