Start kneading the dough at 1 speed. When it turns into gruel, start adding the rest of the flour. The dough should not be very soft. Knead at 1.5 for about 10 minutes. The ball will have formed and the food processor bowl is almost clean. Turn off the food processor, remove the bowl, cover with foil and proof. I put it in the oven, preheated to 50 degrees and turned off.
  • At this time, peel the apples, remove the middle and chop. I chopped on a combine on a coarse grater disc. Add sugar, cinnamon and butter at room temperature to the apples. Mix well. When the dough rises, divide it into 2 pieces. Roll out each part in the form of a rectangle. Place half of the filling on each rectangle. Roll the rectangle into a tight roll, starting from the long side. Cut with a sharp knife into circles about 2.5 cm thick. Cover the oven sheet with baking paper and place the circles at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other. Proof. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. When the booths have increased in volume, brush with a beaten egg and bake until golden brown. Sprinkle with powder before serving. Delicious!
