Pasta with mint ginger pesto

Ingredients

Paste 250g.
Fresh ginger 2cm.
Fresh mint 1 bundle
Basil green 1 bundle
Soy sauce (not used) 2st. l.
Garlic 1 tooth.
Walnuts 50g.
Vegetable oil to a pasty consistency

Cooking method

  • Boil the paste in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water.
  • Prepare the sauce. Fry the walnuts in a dry frying pan or dry in the oven, let cool.
  • Grind the mint, basil, garlic and nuts in a blender.
  • Peel the ginger root, grate. Add the resulting puree to the chopped herbs. Add soy sauce there. Continuing to beat, add vegetable oil to a pasty consistency.
  • Add sauce to pasta, stir. Serve immediately.
  • Delicious and satisfying!

I love this recipe. Today I will do it again. True, there is no basil, you will have to replace it with salad (.
Once I bought pesto from dolmio and was shocked - fiiii, homemade is much better. Probably, the point is that the grass in homemade pesto is fresh. And this combination of ginger-mint-garlic is just ours).
