Ingredients

Funchose vermicelli 100 g
Medium carrots 70 g
Medium cucumber 100 g
Sweet pepper 50 g
Garlic 2-3 prongs
Chopped greens taste
Refueling
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 2 tsp
Salt taste
Sugar taste
Water 2 tbsp. l
Lemon to-that on the tip of a knife
Ground coriander on the tip of a knife
Ginger, grated (ground) 1/3 tsp
Chilli taste
Garlic 1 prong
Before serving
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Soak the funchose with water according to the instructions on the package (soak the rice vermicelli for 10 minutes in water, remove and put in boiling water for 3 minutes, rinse the vermicelli in cold water or just pour boiling water for 5 minutes, it all depends on the type of noodles). Chop vegetables into thin strips. Put the carrots in a deep bowl, mash with your hands until the juice appears, then mix all the vegetables, chopped herbs, garlic (chopped or passed through a press), add the vermicelli, pour over the dressing and leave to infuse for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Before serving nka the table, you can add soy sauce.
  • Refueling: Mix all ingredients (except for soy sauce) until smooth and immediately season salad.
