Champignon mushrooms 1 kg.
Onion 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • When the piglet is marinated, prepare the filling. Boil a glass of buckwheat, fry the mushrooms and onions, mix everything and stuff the pig into the belly. Sew up. The skin is quite dense, it is better if a man is sewing.
  • First, wrap the ears and the patch with foil, they are the most vulnerable. And then wrap the whole pig well in foil. At the bottom of the mold, a little water (or marinade) and go to the oven.

  • 2 hours at 200 degrees, then remove the foil (leave on the nose and ears). Still 1.5-2h. at 170g. In about 15 minutes turn on the grill, just be careful, the skin may burst.
