Looks appetizing! Didn't you turn it over?
Manna
Thank you! No, I did not turn it over. And for what? I never flip at all
Mar_k
I think so, turn it over so that the crust forms a ruddy one. I threw everything to boil, only dried pumpkin and add raisins (no cherries). But there is cherry jam - we will water it
Manna
Mar_k, I'm waiting, waiting for the result, but there is something of it and there is none. How's the casserole? Did you like it, no?
Mar_k
Well, today I'm a weird lady: at first for some reason I rushed to cook buckwheat only in milk, while I cooked it for an hour, when I realized it was too late! Instead of 0.5 glasses, I threw 1, I thought that there are many of us - there will be few at all. I put it on to bake, after 1, 40 looked in, it rose very well, but not baked, so I put it on again. I am waiting to be ready - I will report!
Mar_k
Here it is - it turned out, soft, tasty - everyone liked it! I myself am not very buckwheat, but as a casserole for the morning, just right! But there are some nuances: DO NOT take buckwheat more than 0.5 mst, since the multicooker cannot cope with baking in 2 hours, did 4 hours on one side and 30 minutes after turning it over, since the top was still a little wet! Baked! But I didn't burn, which is important for such a long time, even though I smeared the form with butter (I don't like the smell of sunflower in casseroles). I jumped out of shape quickly, I didn't even have to trust, the crust is normal, not thick.

Wow! What a great casserole! As much as 4 hours! Well there is a crust on the bottom, but it's not burnt!
How does it taste? Did you like it? I was all afraid that I might not like it if I don't like buckwheat

Very tasty! The main flavor of buckwheat is interrupted by raisins and pumpkin, although there is no smell from pumpkin! Yes, my husband ate a piece, and said "It will go", but he is not very good at such experiments (he does not like pumpkin), so in the evening it will be gone!

Oh, how glad I am! I am most happy when a man says that he likes, that means he please
