Lemon shortbread cookies

Ingredients

Flour 2 stkn
Sugar 1/2 stkn
Butter 100-150 g
Egg 1 PC
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1 sachet (8 g)
Lemon (zest from it) 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with baking powder and sift.
  • Stir sour cream, eggs, salt, sugar, lemon zest at low speed of the mixer until the sugar dissolves.
  • Grate the oil from the freezer on a coarse grater and gradually mix with the dry mixture (flour + baking powder), you get flour grits. Add a mixture of sour cream with eggs, etc. to it.
  • Knead the dough quickly within 20-30 seconds, roll into a ball and refrigerate. I kneaded the dough in the morning and baked in the evening.
  • We roll out the dough not very thinly and cut it out at our discretion with molds.

Note

Sour cream in the recipe can be replaced with kefir or yogurt.
