Fitness mix 100 g
Water 270 ml
Salt 1.5 box l.
Sugar 1.5 box l.

Yeast 1.5 box l.
Panifarin 2 boxes l.
Malt 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon. acid on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Moulinex 3000. Program 2, medium crust, 750 g.

Note

We love bread "8 cereals", so at the All-Russian Exhibition Center I bought a "Fitness Mix" (a mixture of sunflower seeds, flax, sesame seeds, rolled oats and dried carrots), if you buy everything separately and mix it will definitely be cheaper.

Especially dealt with these spoons. The book says kof. l., and on a plastic spoon-measuring, which is included in the Tsp (tea) set. Measured sugar, salt = standard teaspoon.
And two more words, yesterday I baked this bread again and added 4 Tsp spoons of panifarin, the bread turned out with a lot of air bubbles.

Uraaa! Eureka!!!! I baked my first rye bread !!!!
It turned out amazingly. While baking, there was such a bread spirit that salivation flowed until the end of the process. It turned out fried, with a crispy crust, I have not eaten such bread for a long time. The bread maker is a miracle!
I'm just happy that I made myself such a gift.

I have baked this bread 2 times already and both are very successful. The bread rises well (of course, not as completely wheat), there are no problems with kneading either. I didn't brew the malt - I poured it in, took 1 tablespoon of panifarina and put 1 teaspoon of agram instead of citric acid - this is a sourdough, she added acid. Since the recipe in grams - the result was excellent both times, and according to the recipes in the cups I sometimes "mow" - then I put more of something, then less

A "rye" spatula will not help when kneading hard dough. There will be not only grunting, but also a complete stop of the engine. Checked.

Thank you Larissa per recipe. The bread turned out good, without additional effort (adding water, flour, etc.) And put panafarina as in further recommendations - 4 spoons. And instead of citric acid, lemon juice livanula on the eye. The weight of the bread is 712 grams. Thanks for the recipe !! And for ideas! Baked - it turned out without additional effort. Instead of citric acid - lemon juice 1 tablespoon (I love sourness, it could have been 1.5). Instead of sugar, honey 1 tablespoon for honey flavor.
