Grilled zucchini VVK

Ingredients

Zucchini (young) 2 pcs
For breading
Corn flour 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Oil 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Cut the courgettes into slices, preferably of the same thickness.
  • Prepare breading from flour, salt and butter, it is more convenient to do this in a bag, spread the mugs of zucchini in the breading, shake everything thoroughly so that the zucchini is covered with breading on all sides.
  • Preheat the grill, put the zucchini on the plates and cook for 7 minutes
  • Potatoes on mode.

Yes, and no oil is needed. This is the key word. Although I love everything fried, but grilled zucchini without oil, then stewed with sour cream or mayonnaise and garlic, tastes better than pre-fried in a pan with butter. This is, of course, for my taste.
