Kharcho in a multicooker Polaric

Category: Meat dishes

Ingredients

Meat (as much as you want, the more the tastier)
Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Rice (1 not full multi-glass)
Carrot 1 PC
Garlic 3-5 cloves
Tomato paste 3-5 tbsp. l.
Salt
Pepper
Spices to taste (I have it specially for kharcho)
Bay leaf
Greens
Water
Vegetable oil for frying 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Pour Rast. oil in a slow cooker. Cut the meat into small cubes. We either squeeze the garlic through a press, or chop it finely and send it along with the meat to a slow cooker. We set the “Multipovar” mode to 130 degrees and fry the meat with garlic, pre-salt and pepper. While the meat is fried, three carrots through a coarse grater, and send them to the meat. We mix everything. After 2-3 minutes, add the tomato paste, stir again and leave the whole thing to be stewed (I want to emphasize who has a saucepan that has already deteriorated or who has problems with voltage, set the temperature that suits you, otherwise it may burn or, on the contrary, not be overcooked). Next, cut the potatoes as you like. I cut in half rings. Rinse the rice. Turn off "Multipovar", put potatoes and rice, salt, pepper, add seasonings, put bay leaves, and fill with water. I pour water by eye, well, approximately so that it covers everything, or if you want it to be thinner, you can pour a little more. Stir everything and use the "Quenching" mode for 1-1.5 hours. How to get ready to add greens! Kharcho soup is ready!

Potatoes in KHARCHO ?! However...
garvich
I was looking for a recipe for making kharcho soup in a multicooker Polaris 517. But this option is somehow not very familiar with potatoes, and the technology of cooking and cutting vegetables and frying meat immediately with garlic is not familiar to me. It tastes more like potato soup with rice to me. I would like to cook the right kharcho with a Caucasian accent and taste!
