Ingredients

Liver 1 kg
Onion 7 heads
Carrot 5 pieces.
Eggs 5 pieces.
Semolina 3 tbsp. l.
Baking soda 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying
Sour cream 0.5 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 0.5 tbsp.
Dill, salt, pepper

Cooking method

  • Scald the liver, remove the film. Peel the onion. Pass the liver and 3 onions through a meat grinder, add the eggs, add soda, semolina, salt and beat. In vegetable oil, bake the pancakes from the cooked mass. Bake for 3-4 minutes. On each side until golden brown.
  • Chop the remaining onion, grate the carrots and simmer in a skillet in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Put the pancakes in a deep frying pan, in stacks, sprinkle them with passivated vegetables.
  • Top with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • When serving, decorate with dill sprigs.

The dish turns out to be very tender. The most important thing is good raw materials! I like most of all the nutria from the liver.

I think that beef is healthier. Made from chicken. but you have to be very careful with it, with us, it is often bitter, you can ruin the whole dish.
If the liver is well crushed (with your technique this is not a problem!), Then the chance that your little ones will digest it is quite real! The pancakes are very fluffy, tender and delicious!
