Ingredients

Watermelon pulp
(cleared of seeds)
1 kg
Peaches without skin 250 g
Sugar 1 kg
Juice from 2 lemons
Vodka 40 ml

Cooking method

  • Grind the watermelon pulp in a blender. Peel and cut into cubes. Combine sugar, lemon juice, vodka, add peaches, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add watermelon pulp, cook for another 4-5 minutes. Pour into jars, roll up the lids.

It would be easier to "call" it a "watermelon five-minute" - it is somehow closer to the truth.
