Minced meat
Cheese
Egg
Salt, spices

Cooking method

  • Waffle crust (as for a cake, white) spread with minced meat (salt, spices) about 0.5 cm. You can also put a waffle on top, or without it.
  • Grate processed cheese - 1 pc. or hard cheese.
  • Cover with a waffle. Press well. Cut like cake into 8 pieces. Dip each in an egg beaten with salt and pepper and fry over low heat and with the lid closed. It comes out very gently and quickly.

I, too, 12-13 years ago, often cooked such cutlets on such large wafer cakes. Then there were no small round waffles yet, they appeared later.
