Carrot bread with fennel in a bread maker

Ingredients

Dough:
Water 200g.
Wheat flour 100g.
Dry instant yeast (Saf-moment) 3d.
Honey 10g.
Dough:

Wheat flour 390g.
Finely grated carrots 200g.
Vegetable oil 20g.
Powdered milk 15g.
Fennel seeds 1h l.
Salt 1h l.

Cooking method

  • For dough, heat the water to 37C, dissolve honey, add flour, yeast. Start mixing any program for 1-2 minutes. Then disable HP. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Crush the fennel seeds in a mortar.
  • Put all the ingredients on top of the dough.
